What is cooking up for January? I mean I've read the wishful/possible transfer targets, but which position should be first on the list?

I would go for Ansaldi and fix the LB position and frankly Bonucci is getting better this year. Once we have Chiello back to the CB position we are having 4 players there and for those saying we should play the goat if Lichts (god forbid) gets injured - we have Sorensen who can cover both RB and CB. I think Ansaldi would be all we need for now and we can use the rest of the year to evaluate other options.

Perhaps a CM is the second most important position to fill, but sales should be given priority. I know Conte said that Krasic is vital for this team, but if he doesn't play and improve I suggest we sell him if an offer of around 20 mils arrives. Perhaps we can get one of the french future stars Sissoko/Yann M'Villa with that kind of money? Also I haven't seen anything of Luca Marrone... is he any good?

better make sure cronios doesnt see this, as a cm is indeed the last we need.

i agree on ansaldi tho, very good player

btw, are there any reliable sources that we are actually interested in one of those am's were mentionned with ?
seems like papers had nothing to do last week and linked us with everything

I hate dreaming about players because I feel as if Marotta doesn't even know who they are.

Marotta probably never heard of Cissokho, Ansaldi, Shaqiri, etc. Those players would make us go that leap in quality.

I'm glad he's looking at Ramirez though, I wanted him back in the summer. Hopefully he can adapt to our 4-3-3 formation. (if we were to get him)

Really? I've not seen much of Ansaldi, but seen a lot of Cissokho and Shaqiri, but are they that good where we can say we'll make a big leap in quality? I doubt it.

Um, I honestly can't say much about Shaqiri, I think he would do well here but our attack isn't too bad to start with.
Now our back line can be a horror story sometimes. Having a solid LB like Ansaldi or Cissokho would really help us I believe. How many times has our back line let us down. Last year it was our right and left flank, now we have Lichsteiner who has been playing great if you ask me and he's patched up the right side really well, and if we could do the same thing on the left, I think we'd be golden.

We really do need an epic LB. Would help our backline so much. It has to be the clubs main priority, its absolutely shitty that we have barely given this position much attention. I mean Molinaro, Grosso and then Traore FFS?!

Pavel was reportedly insisting on Shaqiri in the summer. Marotta got three average left wingers instead.

I won't waste a penny on Montolivo. For free, why not. But we need to use our cash to strengthen the LB position first, we need a very good one. Look how it turned out with Lichtsteiner, 10-12 million spent very well.
