Rafael Toloi - a Goias CB, now in 2nd division. A year or so ago was considered the best young CB in Brazil - he is still 20/21 yo - but has since dropped of the radar along with his team from 1st division. Has been heavily linked with Lazio and Milan.
He doesn't have a EU pass though - some rumours he might be eligible but there seems to have been some problems, I guess, causing a delay in obtaining it. If you guys did sign that Paraguayan guy, you won't be able to get Toloi this season, I guess ... maybe a loan?!

I don't know the latest details but he's been close to getting that Italian pass for more than a year now and he still doesn't have it as of right now ... maybe there's been some recent development in the saga, dunno.
yes, I have - he looks like a very talented young CB, looks very composed for such a young player and plays intelligently ... reminds me of a young Nesta. He is one of the young CB Milan seems intent to bring in and groom into Nesta's heir. But as I said recently, he and Goias kind of fell of the big scene with Goias being relegated and all - could accelerate his departure even if they are asking for 8 mil or so for him.
and yeah, Milan forums are usually a good source for scouting the Brasileiro for young stuff but people often get carried away
As far as Toloi, he indeed seems to be the real deal but is still too young to tell for sure.
