If we're going for experience, Lugano would be my choice. If we're looking for the future, Coates or Munoz would be my choice.

yes, because napoli and udinese had fantastic world class centre backs that are leagues ahead of bonucci

since we got decent fullbacks now, and a coach able to organise a defence, we dont need a new cb. it was just his first damn year and in what circumstances.

I agree that set up & organisation is vital, but:

Legro > Bonucci, so far.
Grygera back then > Motta (& arguably Sorensen as well)
Molinaro > Grosso


Edit: as for what we have now, it's still too early to tell.

am I the only one who thinks Bonucci is not that of a "hole" in defense ? He's good enough. Of course a world class defender would do WONDERS, Mat Hummels is insanely good for example, but I don't see him leaving his magnificent team.
