Hopefully this will be Marotta's last season with us.

We will need a smart and experienced director.

There are rumors about Capello becoming our director after euro 2012, I don't know if this is a solid rumor and if he would be a good choice.
Capello would be bad ass , but hopefuly his fetish for english players will have left him by then

he has two more years in his contract with Juve, counting this season too ... but, I suppose, if soon things don't improve drastically, considering how much money he's been given to work with this summer, he may be let go the next.

Capello would be a good choice for a directorial position, not sure if Juve sees him as GM or just a sports director, though. Personally, I think he would do well even as a GM considering he is an intelligent fellow, has been around some of the best GMs out there for quite a while, and obviously knows his football-related stuff.

And hopefully his antique tactics as well. We don't want him trying to fore our coach to adopt outdated, dysfunctional tactics that will get us killed in Europe, provided he joins of course, and we qualify for Europe that is :p :D

According to Italian press we are about to land a young French teenage winger. His name is Cristophe Bellus - only 18 years old. Apparently we beat Liverpool to his signature. Amount paid is not disclosed. I have no idea who this guy is, and if we get him, not sure if he would be loaned out or be the sub for the real left winger we end up getting.

You guys heard of him?

Depends how Conte turns out. Napoli are ahead of us because they play like a team and have a system their players know well. On paper their squad is weaker, which should highlight to Juventus fans that nitpicking over good players means shit in the grand scheme of things unless we create a group capable of playing together. The biggest gamble we will take this summer is not Rossi over Aguero, but having chose Conte over more experienced and proven coaches.
No, it does not depend on how Conte turns out. Napoli have simply better players. Roma have new owners and new directors that are willing to build a competitive squad. Conte is a lost cause anyway so the coach front is already lost.

Rossi is good yes, but for 35 Million and No aguero, then we could definitely spend wiser.
Someone young and lethal upfront and get a winger that will make us proud, Like Hazard or you know what, scrap all that. loan all the needed CB and Wingers and just get this one guy..

No, getting Bastos, maybe a striker, defensive minded midfielders, and maybe a centerback would be wiser.
Neymar seems unrealistic as he wants instant glory and sky-high wages.
