he was rivers best player by far in the first game. lamela's talent is beyond argument, needs work when it comes to vision and reading situations.

Reading sitautions in particular, because saw too many instances where he dribbled when should passed/shot, or passed when he should shot etc. Overall bit awkward decision making. That has nothing to do with his talent, but alot to do with how he is or may become as a player. Its normal to have kinks/flaws to ones game as a teen. But some of these guys who never seen him talk of him like he is a world beater already. Same kind of crowd who would flame him and call him overrated when they see isnt all perfect (same thing I read for ages about Sanchez, non too patient, calling him all tricks etc).

definitely needs some mentoring, but hes got what it takes imo to make it

i think that we could have gotten an discount on sanchez. with pepe and motta we could have managed a 5 mil discount at most though.
but with barca and man city in the race he could easily leave for 45mil and that is way way way to much


and why should we drop out because of the inler deal? that would be so stupid to not get your no1 target just cause u couldn't sign another player (and there are many players we can easily get that are at least on the same level as inler)

inler never wanted us, he just wanted more money from napoli, as did udinese

what a coincidence...i saw him play versus brazil today in that competition he scored a hattrick including a fine bicicleta...and in the previous match he scored a beavertrick....he's a real beast...looking at piazon as well...im glad he passed on us...kid looks like nothing special imho..definitely nothing extraordinary

I watched that Ivory Coast v. Brazil match. Potential all over that pitch. I was pleasantly surprised with the Ivory Coast too. I liked Angbam and Diarrassouba as well, but Coulibaly was just unstoppable. Adryan for Brazil was also very impressive. Im sure he will be very good some day.
