Can anyone explain to me what co-ownership deals are? To this day, I still don't understand them.

Parma owns 50% of Giovinco, and we own 50% of Giovinco. Who gets to decide on which team he plays for?
Usually teams agree where he will play, when there is no deal is found then a blind-auction happens and the winning team buys out the remaining part.

If we buy a player for around 30m € we'll be spending more than 100m for players. Wouldn't mind that.
less, actually ... the fees for those Motta, Pepe, etc. buy-outs Marotta, so lovingly crafted last year, are payable over 3 years.
There is a good chance the other transfers you make will have some installment payment plan too ...

The thing is that those 130 or 190 mil or whatever would go for 1) covering losses, 2) possibly youth program too and 3) transfers over the next 3-4 or so years.

watever we get we need to spend well...to get into top 3 wont be easy so we must have a side capable of staying in the top 3...milan, inter are sure to be in the mix with lazio, roma, napoli, udinese pushing hard with genoa, fiorentina, palermo nipping on our heels...not to mention our inability to dust off the smaller teams....so...within ourselves its a battle from match to match....we have no choice but to tear shit up next season...i can have confidence in our attack but its the defence man...the defence...the kind of rape we were being raped last season i never saw before...my god...u had buffon coming out and slide tackling opponents on the sideline...i love gigi and im saddened that our porous D makes him look bad...anyway...im not to sold on our defenive line as yet...bonucci and barzagli...meh...ziegler..mmmeh...need some solid beasts at the back with chiellini..some frickin spartans man!!

For me it all comes down to the fact we'll get a top player + a couple at 15m and another couple for cheap no matter what the instalments are. With the right choices we can make a very competitive club for next season.

Ganso really does have the touch of Zidane. Just incredible. Neymar is growing on me too, but he's still not my favourite.
