Great game by Santos, deserved win by a mile.

Well, guys, I am sure we all have new transfer targets in mind now, all that's left is the GMs to move their butts now :)

The sad thing we aren't going to get any of Santos' players. Marotta has problem finding talent near him, he is not capable of looking out of the box. Too naive
I still believe it's one hefty joke to say Marotta and Paratici have a great scouting network after we signed two brothers from Brazil.

I wouldn't be surprised if any of the brothers make it. I don't trust anything that Marotta and his homies do or say. Marrota has made me miss Secco's days. Atleast we made to CL, and made it 2nd in Serie A. He hired Ranieri, a loser, but still a better loser than all losers were hired after him

Santos: Benfica tried to contact Danilo behind our back, we will sell him to any other team but Benfica
Oh, poor ladies, they are just playing hard with us. Benfica and Santos have a bunch of agreements and "friendships". Benfica's chairman is an honorary member of Santos, for example.

By the way, you Milan fans are really lucky men. Ganso is such a beast and I see him lifting a CL trophy with your shirt in the future, even if I disgust the vision. I see that guy carrying your team alongside Pato and Thiago.

P.S.: He's for you like Aguero is for Juve. Practically the best players on the market that both teams can get. I hope you don't get him, though. :D

There's no reason why we shouldn't be signing a top South American talent every couple of seasons.

maybe, but after this game, if other teams don't open their eyes about Danilo, they are utter fools.
My guess is Benfica would find it difficult to fend off the competition for him - Milan is very interested in him, for one - not to mention that Santos may well decide to keep him for another year or two until he reaches his potential and then sell him at a higher price.
And, most importantly, Santos is a rich club and they would get loads of money from the possible Neymar and Ganso sales, so they simply do not have to sell Danilo just yet.

it's not officially official yet, but if certain voices are to believed, he should soon be a Milan player - if not this summer, then the winter mercato window ... at least 55% of the player could be counted as a done deal, I believe.
but you never know for sure how a young player like him would do in Europe till it happens ... he obviously has oodles of talent but that's not the only factor ... and he has had some worrying injuries too.

P.S.: He's for you like Aguero is for Juve. Practically the best players on the market that both teams can get. I hope you don't get him, though. :D
Ditto :D

joking aside, as much as I'd hate seeing Aguero come to Juve, I wanna see Serie A come back strong again ... and Inter go in the ground as deep as possible. ;)

i d settle for lamela
Or lucas...

and not piazon
that's very modest of you guys :p ... no such thing as "settling" for Lucas or Lamela - they are great talents in their own right even if, I believe, a bit too young to come to Europe just yet ... would be good for their development if they stayed where they are for another couple of years, I think
