Do you really think Fabregas will prefer Milan over barca?
no, what I meant was Barca first, then Milan. Rumour is he has already agreed terms with Milan but has asked for some time - till end of June possibly - to see if Barca would make a serious and final push for him. If they don't, the chance of him coming to Milan are better than great.

Milan can't afford him.

true, but Berlusconi can - he is the "gift" Silvio has been selling to Milan voters, I mean fans, for 2 months now. Raiola has laid the foundation already and him and Galliani have met with the Arsenal board a few times too, if echos and rumours are to be believed.
Offer is believed to be 30 mil + Flamini/Emanuelson + bonuses based on achievemnts.

Do you see Milan spending 25 on Ibra, 16 on Robinho, 10 on Boateng then 40 on Fabregas?
They can extend Boateng's loan and Zlatan, Robinho and Pato would not co-exist. One of the three would be sacrificed.

And another thing, do you know of Milan's transfer budget?

Zlatan has to be purchased. Barca want the cash. Boateng a fee has been agreed if I remember correctly.

No I don't know the budget but I'm certain Fabregas would rather stay at Arsenal than join Milan.

Fabregas knows that he has better chances to win the CL with Milan than with Arsenal, or at least win something at club level.

Robinho's 18 was paid last year, I believe. Ibra's 24 mil are spraid over 3 years, 8 mil/year, starting this year - last year was a free loan (thanks, Adriano :D), plus there is the real chance he will stay at Milan for another 1-2 years at most and after that may be sold to some dumb ass club like Man City even for profit.
Boateng's other half cost Milan 7.5 mil, which maybe all, maybe part is in co-own deals for youngsters.
Fabregas, see previous post.

What would you guys think if Milan doesn't sign Ibrahimovic and Marotta signs him instead, bringing his "promised" champion?
Zlatan will not play in a team without CL football. Zlatan would not be welcome by the majority of the fans. Juventus cannot afford Zlatan's wages.
