Bonucci is ok he is not as bad as Pepe but he is far from being great
I`d like us to find a CB which would make us more solid
IMO the problem in defence was due to poor fullbacks and then average CB (Bonucci). The only one functioning in defence was Chiellini

Seriously, I think that the best one would be the first one because a 4-3-3 would suit Pirlo better and Sanchez is the most appropriate of the three for a 4-3-3.

I don't think that Pirlo would be bad in a 4-4-2 but I think that he would do better in a 4-3-3.

It's more about the system, not the formation. If you give some roam/freedom to your players, your formation can easily turn into another on the pitch. Of course, if you have limited players, you'll be forced to stick with one formation and that's not good at all. Let's just pray that Conte can turn out to be the next big thing.
