So how do you think Italian teams will do in CL this year?
You didn't answer my question.

And I don't expect the Italian teams to do anything.

Udinese probably won't beat Arsenal, Napoli are talented but lack experience and Milan won't go beyond the quarter-finals unless they get a very kind draw.

Inter are a bit of an unknown just now, due to the situation with Sneijder and Eto'o.

This not doing anything will be down to just not having enough good players in their prime, rather than anything to do with playing style.

I hope so but i'm not sure. On paper/$ value, the teams are still stronger than most, but look at EL results especially. Juventus looked the same quality as Austrian and Ukranian teams... same with the Palermo and co.

Why were Sacchi and co saying Italian calcio is s**** right now.

Falcao about potentially signing for Atletico:

"Everybody who plays football when they grow up dreaming of playing in England, Spain or Italy. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. My parents taught me early to be honest and I would also like to play in one of these leagues." (Google Translate'd that shit)

Also, when asked if Atletico wasn't a step down for him because they're not in the CL he said that he still sees it as a good move in his career IF it happened.

Lets make a move?

He is good but i don't think we need another poacher , and he costs alot more tha 30 mln E .
I think it's better to use that amount of money on LW , anyway we don't have more than 15 mln E to spend on a single player i guess .

Shhh, we can't get such quality players without CL, you shoulda know that by now. City will always get involved. Anyway, it'd be a waste to get a poacher right now. Even if he's one of the best three in the world.

That's misguided - Cambiasso offers a lot - Marchisio offers very little
He offers movement, technical quality, team work, short passing game and surely some more aspects.

I don't expect much of him in a 4-4-2 (middle or wings), though, because that formation is kinda static and don't ask for his best qualities. Yes, Cambiasso offers more than him, but that doesn't mean he offers very little or nothing.
