I personally think Marotta and Conte are playing everyone (including the media) for fools. It doesn't make sense that we offered $7 million for Elia when Hamburg purchased him for $9 million recently....I think its a trick from Marotta and Conte to tell people openly that we will play 4-2-4 so that clubs wont over charge us for our real targets...think about it, the media is linking us to all sorts of wingers, but none have been confirmed by any members of Juventus...including any "ïnside" sources. What I think is going on is that while everyone believes us to be getting a LW...I think we are looking for not one or two but three players (CB, CM and CF) to play in a 4-3-3...I could be wrong, but its been too quiet from the Juve camp to think that we are really looking for a LW...if this the case, and I'm right...bravo to Marotta for playing everyone and getting the players he and Conte wanted to fit the squad at the right price...I still have a huge feeling we will end up with Giuseppe Rossi by the end of August. If im wrong, who really gives a shit hahaha Also loving Inter going down the drain again, no class those guys have.

We have been playing 442 for 90% of the preseason, Conte has talked about 442 (or 424 whichever you prefer) for like ever. How is it in any way possible that we are going to play a 433? Just because people here jack off to a 433?

Juve of all teams did the same numerous times in the last 2 years. Sell Diego for 15 after buying him recently for 25, give Melo on loan after buying him recently for 25. Barca sold Zlatan for 24 after buying him recently for ~70, Inter did a similar thing with Quaresma etc etc etc.

It won't make sense if a player plays great but when a player flops and the coach has no plans for him, then it's logical to sell him for less than what you paid 1,2 or 3 years ago. Elia was brought as a big talent from Holland but didn't impress at all for Hamburg and his market price right now should be lower than what HsV paid for him 2 years ago.
