On the other hand, it can be interpreted/implied that Marrotta is so confident in sealing the deal, that he doesn't mind divulging so much information. Perhaps an agreement has already been reached with the player, his agent, and all that remains is negotiate the fee with ATM. Moreover, he probably feels that ATM don't want to sell him to Real, and that the player himself doesn't want to go to England, hence this confident approach!
