Fewest minutes played by far from the Top 5 in the Prem. Started only 14 of those 24. Second only to RvP by 2 minutes in the goal ratio category. No penalties taken.

Mind you this is on a team that has no wing play and does not play to his strengths.

Aguero, Balotelli, and Silva are all more influential and important to City than Dzeko.

I'd take him for 20 Million; anything more is a waste, and can be put towards a better signing.

Madrid have sold off bigger players in the recent past (Sneijder and Robben come to mind), so asking for Higuain on loan with a guaranteed payment shouldn't be impossible. The key will be convincing Higuain of our project, and how he is likely to be the fulcrum of our attack.

He could probably fill that cabinet much easier in a team like City. The appeal of those teams is not just a big pay check, they're building great squads fast.
