I think he's been found out in the EPL, another player who made it big in a league where offence is largely prioritised over defense. Personally I think Matri is doing an awesome job for us right now and I don't think Edin could improve on it.

I agree about matri, but Dzeko is a class above matri and would add a lot more than matri ever could.

But as someone pointed out earlier, a RW and LB ought to be our main priorities. If Dzeko was an option for a reasonable sum then why not, but as I said, Matri is good enough for the centre forward position as it stands

Dzeko isn't even on the same level as Trez's left testicle. Trez was quick enough in his prime, not a flying machine but he was no slouch either, Trez also had DP/Nedved creating for him here, if Dzeko joined us he would not be getting that kinda service.

No argument there. We did get Matri and we failed to sign Dzeko, that alone says it all but a big fat no to Dzeko. I'm sure there are better alternatives. I don't want to stop wishing Dzeko the worst
