I want to see 3-5 young, fresh faces from the Primavera getting chances/opportunities with the first team. Look at what Fergie accomplished with his fledglings at Manchester United, and before him Ajax with Kanu, Finidi George, Kluivert, Seedorf, Davids, etc...

We are still a work in progress, and we need a massive leap in quality. Or squad as it is, is nowhere near good enough to be competitive in Europe. If Vucinic or Pirlo sustain an injury, we are truly fucked. We have no creative elements or brains in the team besides those two.

Conte wants Guarin ( Porto ), but the negociations are difficult with Porto. Marotta wants to take either Palombo or Montolivo but Conte is unconvinced by the two.

Conte asked for a striker in January, Boriello was proposed to us and Marotta wants him but Conte said no.
