we wont be getting hernanes, only chance of that is it lotito starts getting tights with him regarding his wages, and we come in like we did for lichsteiner.

i still highly doubt cissokho is even on our hit list, there are several other options that we're currently exploring, particularly in the south american market, there are 1 or 2 full backs we're looking at.

as for vice pirlo, we're working on appelt as from January, so there will probably be no need to invest in a vice pirlo, given that pirlo was a marotta signing not Conte's, even if the appelt experiment fails i dont think we will sign a replacement for pirlo as such, in another words a like for like midfielder.
I keep forgetting about Appelt.

Buffon
Licht-Dede-Chiellini-Ansaldi
Vidal-Pirlo-Marchisio
Goetze-Matri-Vucinic

Storari
Sorensen-Barzagli-Bonucci-De Ceglie
Pazienza-Appelt-Marrone
Esti-Quag-Elia

Backup: DP, Giaccherini

Out: Amauri, Iaquinta, Krasic, Toni, Motta, Grosso, Pepe, Gio's other half, Melo, Immobile, Pasquato...giggity.

I m really glad that rumors and our interest seems to be focused on defenders, now.
Kudos to anyone who has finally realized were our weakness lies and what should we consider a priority...

juve and prometing a youth players
I hope lolitlo will do that I really like hernanes. I don't know if we want cissokho but I like him. Players from SA are a big gamble anyway.
What will we do then if pirlo get injured or is tired
we can't be expecting him to play 50 games next season without a reserve from him on the bench
since vidal and marchisio ain't a player like him but more the box to box player

1) yeah Juve promoting youth :D ask claudio marchisio :D
2) well yes they are gambles but they are also potential gems, either going to be another denilson or another kaka, swings both ways, but generally speaking Brazilians tend to do well in the Italian league anyways, id probably be a bit more concerned if it was the premiership.
3) if pirlo gets injured we're fucked, but as i said before he was marotta's signing, but Conte has had to change his system slightly to accomodate pirlo. But as i said before we wont actually buy a replacement for pirlo when he leaves/retires, we will simply buy another midfielder that Conte deems best fit for his system which won't necessarily be a deep lying play maker, rather someone who is a all rounder

1) without calciopoli marchisio never got promoted and we all know that
2) true but not really in juve so far. I ask a guy who followed the Brazilian serie A often and he said only Dede is good enough for juve all the others are or overrated or just nothing special (defenders)
3) Hmmm so you saying marchisio and vidal will play together if pirlo get injured tomorrow? (knocks wood) in the 4-2-4

Marrone. :tuttosport:

Also, direct your attention to my prior post...he is deputizing for Marchisio.

How much is DDR being paid now? Contract expires when?

i dont know how much DDR is being paid now, but he wants something like 7 mill/anum to stay at roma, the contract expires next summer. but as i said i doubt we will match that demand, and if he becomes available for free, then clubs like city and possibly madrid will be prepared to meet his wage demands or more. so really there is little hope/point thinking about DDR
