Too big age difference and different style but if they were same age I'd pick Jojo. When he was Jovetic's age, Vucinic was just as good (He had a 22 goal season in serie A and Coppa) but the problem is that Mirko didn't really develop from there and he even became lazier. Jovetic runs at least twice as much as Vucinic while at the same time he is not technically (much) inferior.
