Mancini is a nightmare for us. Must really hate Juve, and doesn't give a shit about italian football. Not only does he screw us every mercato when it comes to signings, now he has told the City-directors to get him Chiellini for next season :sergio:

 :lol2:

First of all I'd like to say I appreciate his honesty, and he is very right too. Football clubs don't give two shits about their players, look at Del Piero, Maldini, Raul eventually Totti and Zanetti. These are the ICONS, the face of their respective clubs and they've been like someone here said "thrown under the bus". Now imagine what an average\not-so special player like Assou Ekotto might go through at the end of his career. Loyalty is a two way thing.

On another point, can someone please tell me the difference between 3mil and 6mil a year? Either ways you are FILTHY RICH and you'll be making more money than 99% of the world's population! You are set for life!! My God! I can't understand really! It's greed, nothing more, nothing less. If anything I respect a mercenary like Zlatan much more than a mercenary that runs after money, at least Zlatan is running after titles.

Now you are fucking kidding us.
Actually, he's not...where are you going to find a defender as good as Chiello? IMO it's much harder to find a GOOD young defender than an offensive player.

Chellini is definition of Juve, like Buffon, Conte, Nedved etc, I wouldnt trade him for spoiled south americans like Aguero no matter how talented they are or some spanish midget Silva.Juve throughout history became what it is because charachters like Chiellini.

He failed hard on Jonathan, no one is flawless.
Hello =)

I actually don't remember standing for Jonathan, you must be kidding... hehehe. He used to be very good like 3-4 yrs ago in Brazil. Then he started having all sort of injuries, became slow and heavy... when he went to Internazionale, he was already done.

We should ask @PedroFlu for confirmation. I trust his views on Brazilian football and its players.
Hey buddy. So here a quick view of Brazilian prospects:

Neymar - right now impossible, maybe in 2 yrs for 50M

Lucas - 20-25M - despite his problems when it comes to decision making, vision of the game, intelligence on the pitch, he would improve dramatically our RW. He is as hardworking as Pepe, but 1000x more talented. Would be a great solution for the position. Should cost around 20-25M. Pretty expensive.

Damiao - 20M - he would be a great fit, I guess. I agree he can't be the fist option, but if we can't get Cavani, I say get him. His agent has already said Juve has the priority. Skilled, strong, quick, natural goal scorer. Price around 20M.

Ganso - 30M - Amazingly gifted, bright, awesome passing. But low working hate, low stamina, low movement off the ball. Not suited for Italian football, should cost 25-30M. Not worthy IMO.

Oscar - 15M - plays with Damiao. Young talented midfielder, is becoming a regular in the NT. Can play as a AMC or on the right side. Is smart, good technique, but a little bit slow and soft. Today wouldn't leave for less than 15M. A gamble for the future, but think his potential is unknown right now, high risk.

Wellington Nem - 7M - plays for Fluminense. Very very quick yongster, left footed, plays as an offensive winger on the right or left. Good dribbling skills, excellent speed, stamina and work ethic. The best youngster of the last Brasileirao, recently called to the NT. Isn't very smart, though, and need to improve his finishing. But is very affordable. For something around 7M he could be bought. I think that if there isn't any other non EU player to be bought, would be a good acquisition.

Dedé - 10-15M - central back in Vasco. Is injured. Very imposing, commanding central back. Awesome attacking, has remarkable speed and agility for someone as tall and strong. But commits positioning mistakes every now and then. Even so, is by far the best defender in Brazil, is in the NT and tends to be in the starting team along T. Silva. David Luiz shouls be in the bench. Would be the best possible acquisition for this position, benefit-cost wise.

Casemiro - 15M - central midfielder, defends well and has amazing skills for a defensive player. However is overrated IMO, and is too irregular. Unreliable. Not worthy.

Fernando - 10-15M - central midfielder, Gremio. 17-18 yrs old. This kid has amazing potential. Plays as a CM, defending and supporting the attack with extreme technique. Very, very skilled. Pretty quick. For 10M, would be a good gamble.

Montillo - 10M - Classic ACM. Argentinian, around 27 yrs old. Plays for Cruzeiro. AMAZING player. Very very good. Quick, intelligent, hardworking, great set pieces. For 10M would be very worthy, I don't know if he has Italian passport. He's a beast here, but isn't famous abroad because of the age. Plays in Giaccherini position when he is in the midfiled.

Romulo - 8M - Vasco - central midfielder, around 20yrs old. Good player, good passing. Could be in the starting team of the NT in the next years.

We have some others, but these are the main youngsters around here right now.

And special mention to Ocampos, from River Plate. Watch a few videos in youtube and be impressed. He is truly amazing. 17yrs old, tall, quick, strong, stunning skills. Winger. Reminds me a lot of Cristiano Ronaldo. For 20M, he would be a wonderful bet.

Why? Both are quite clinical and both create occasion for each other and for themselves. Specially being supported by Pirlo in the midfield along with Cheesio\Vidal.

People used to say the same about Zambrotta before ;)

Plus, if Chiellini was such a loyal person, why did he leave Fiorentina?

Why did Del Piero leave Padova?

The line has to be drawn somewhere when it comes to loyalty, so you should never say stuff like "X player will never leave in a million years"
U must be kidding,right ?

How the hell u can compare clubs like Fiorentina,Padova with Juventus ffs :sergio:
I wouldn't compare even Arsenal with clubs like Fiorentina,Padova .

And we aren't Arsenal, noone will leave for City .

And I have a feeling this Ocampos fella will sign with Porto just like the others.

Saw on Tuttosport that we were offering somewhere around 4m for Elkeson from Botafogo
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

This kid has some talent, but he is extremely unreliable, even in a team where the pressure is lower like Botafogo.

He is 20yrs old, I think... he can play as an ACM, RW or a striker... RW fits well for him.

He's tall, strong and has some speed... fairly good skills... good set pieces, he shoots very very well (his greatest atribute). But mentally very weak... he's very immature, poor decision making. Totally unreliable. Can get carried away pretty easily, low concentration level.

He can be a beast for 4 games and a total disgrace for 10 games. That's what happened last year.

He could develop into a good player, but I wouldn't gamble on him. Even Botafogo supporters want him out.

He's definitely not ready for Juve. Maybe if he's loaned to a smaller club... but personally I woundn't make that gamble. Anyway, if it happens, there's a chance of success. But I would spend the non-EU spot on another player, another position.

Just read the news. Botafogo is demanding 7M. NOT WORTHY. 4M is tops for him, and this will be a risky play. He seems more suited for a club like Udinese.

I'm sure you've said before, but what do you think of Dedé (Vasco) and Ademilson (São Paulo)?
