I think we should throw in an 8-10 million bid for Rossi. Villareal will be desperate to sell prob and even if he misses the first half of the season he would be a good long term buy. Buying him for cheap would allow us to throw alot of money on the CF position in the form of Cavani or RVP. I think it would be super smart to take a "buy low" approach to Rossi as he is young and I am not too worried about his injury .. it is the same ligament that snapped last time but they are pretty standard to replace now days. He could be the bargain buy of our summer.
