wonder if PSG are dumb enough/Ancelotti is biased enough to sign Pato.
Bad move but I think it has to do with player/manager relationship. Ancellotti brings the best out of Pato and he knows there'll be less risk in investing in somebody he knows well, to fit into his system.

Why would you take such a gamble if you can afford everyone?
Because he can afford everyone, that's why he is taking the gamble. Pato isn't going to be the only forward he will try to sign. PSG is being linked with Suarez, Hiquain and not to forget Tevez.

Džeko's interview for Bosnian newspapers:

Q: Are you dissapointed with the developments in the club in the last few weeks regarding your status? We are reffering to the return of Tevez and his automatic inclusion in the first team and the favoring of Balotelli? The upublic in Bosnia is dissapointed, especially as everyone believes you deserve to play in the first 11?

A: Of course I am not satisfied with how things have developed in the last two months. I have given a lot for the team, especially in the first part of the season and I have contributed to leading City where they are now. That I'm not playing is maybe not connected to football any more, but it is what it is. Yes, I am dissapointed, if thats what you wanted to hear, as I know best how much I have given to this team and to the efforts to win the title.

Q: Do you think your lack of playing time is jeopardizing your form or even career?

A: No, it cant jeopardize my career. These are normal things in sport, especially in football. Maybe I just didnt have time to get into proper form, as iti is difficult not playing at all and then come in and score 3 goals in 10 or 20 minutes. Whoever played football knows it doesnt work that way.

Q: What is your relationship with Mancini?

A: We dont talk much, but Mancini is the type which doesnt talk to players.

Q: How happy are you with this season regardless of everything?

A: Considering everything, I'm very happy. I played very well in the first part of the season and had a llot of playing time. If I had the same playing time in the second part of season, I would have definitely scored more goals. However, when you add everything up, I can be happy and proud with what I did this season.

Q: How do you comment all the rumours that you are a target for Juventus, Milan, Borussia Dortmunt, Bayern...? Does it bother you or dous it make you fell good?

A: I dont think about it. I'm used to the newspapers writing about it every day. When I come across an article like that, I read it and flip the page. Here, I want to say to all my fans that, as soon as there is something concrete, and if there is something concrete, I will publish it on my official website, which is meant for such things.

Who gives a fuck about Dzeko? I hope we don't sign him. He's definitely bottom on my list of preferences (behind Cavani, Higuain, RVP, Suarez, and maybe even Damiao depending on the price).

But Cavani, Higuain or RvP are not coming, they are out of our league for now.

Suarez iz a maybe, but Džeko is more realistic.

Dzeko is not a top player. If he is our main/marquee signing, I'd be hugely disappointed. He's a Krasic level type of player and signing. Nothing to get too excited about. Honestly, I'd rather spend the money on some exciting talent from South America. With Dzeko, we know what we are getting, and it might not be sufficient enough to be that extra push of quality we need. He's a good player, but definitely a level or two below RVP, Higuain, and Cavani.

Neymar  :touched: Never gonna happen tho :sigh:

I second this.

There's only one person as far as I'm aware of, that's still pushing the Dzeko agenda

I agree that RvP, Cavani, Higuain are in the top level of footballers, but I dont think we can get that top level, and neoother can anybody else in Italy, unless they flopped/are unhappy in their top clubs.

I don't think Cavani and/or Suarez is impossible. I feel RVP is highly unlikely, and Higuain improbable, unless he requests a transfer and is interested/convinced by our project.

Higuain doesnt want to move, Cavani will not be sold to us, Napoli will rather sell him to Chealsa or Man City or wherever and I dont want RvP and we cant get him.

The fact that he can't get a lot of playing time with all of Aguero, Balotelli and Tevez all fit, takes nothing away from Dzeko. For me he is a very good striker, and would definitely be an upgrade over what Juve have right now.
