We've apparently found an agreement with Van Persie's agent. 7.5m plus bonuses. Now Beppe is going to approach Arsenal with a bid between 25-30m. On paper, that would be a pretty decent deal. But I'd still rather get Cavani and Suarez ahead of risky Robin.

for the comming 2-3 years, absolutely the best of the linked players, his expirience could be massive in becomming regular championsleague contenders much earlyer

Cavani would have been a slower long therm option tho, one that had less risk

BUT, totally possible this is a leverage to put pressure on napoli for cavani

How much higher in terms of wages is that than anyone else on the books?

Personally i don't think Arsenal will accept 30m for VP'r right foot
he has 1 year on his contract, they got to sell

i think gigi is at 6 atm ?

He's more injury prone than a stuntman on a Bruce Willis movie set. He's 29, and had only one breakout season in his eight years at Arsenal and he is the best option to come play in the Italian league? Ill take Suarez over him. Cavani and Higuain too.

It's not a tossing steal he's a crocked player with 2 good seasons left before his ankles finally turn to pudding

I wonder what our main formation will be in CL next season..
Will 3-5-2 work in CL?

Buffon
Barza/Bon/Chiello
Licht/DeCeglie (or WC wingback)
Vidal/Pirlo/Marchisio
WC Striker/Vucinic ( in beast mode, please)

Good enough to challenge CL title?
Who will improve this team the most?
