RvP is too injury prone a player, and not physical enough like Ibra. On talent, and on his day, he is as good as Ibra, even better, but hes 29 now, and much much less physically adept than Ibra for a league like Italy.

With our high attrition style of play, Conte's tactics and competition on multiple fronts, i dont see him as a candidate with the highest form of fitness. Cavani will cost about the same and earn half as Van Persie, while offering the guarantee of being used to the league. If we are to spend, we need to spend intelligently enough to build a team capable of competing on 3 fronts. Higuain and Cavani imo would be better suited to this team than RvP. While, if it had to be only one top player, i would go all in for Suarez, and go with Matri\Quag in the centre.

But 2 last mercatos teached me not to get my hopes up,and you will end disappointed .

last two summer mercato season we were the 'joke' of the serie A. Now we are back at top. I am sure Cavani and co surely wants to play for this juve and don't be scared those players won't leave at all. Maybe quag or matri but not those you name.
