I certainly hope so but I wonder why didn’t any of the big guns (Seria A and abroad) go after him and he ended up going to Galatasaray.
BTW, how's he doing in Turkey?

Napoli was demanding 100-150m in past years windows.

And past summer they turned down Saudi offer that was like 80m. And window before that he was close to signing with Chelsea but he turned it down.

ADL and Osimhen agent and Osimhen himself havd been beefing for a while.

The dumbest thing Osimhen did was renew with with Napoli a year or two ago. He had all the leverage to sign with bigger club if he had his contract expired.

He is but knowing how bad the relationship is and the fact that he hasnt been playing at the highest level this season, he should go for much less than 75.

He should, but good luck reasoning with ADL. 75m should be his max now after they fell out and loaned him out.

Previous years he used to want almost double that lol

They were but no deal was found because of the high demands.

He's scoring left and right. But it's Turkey... I always hate it these players miss out for a while because of the Africa Cup but he's a stud. Don't know if we're capable to convince him or satisfy his salary demans...

I’d take Osimhen here without blinking twice, but he remains a pipe dream only, if the ~€75M rumored fee is true(some journos say it might be a release clause) for next summer then there will be many top clubs that can afford to outbid us, especially when considering the asking price used to be double that not long ago despite Osimhen pushing desperately for an exit and on an expiring contract, in the end he was compelled to renew for another year and go on loan or stay frozen out of the team for a full season to run down his contract, and eventually he chose to go and play.

Then ofc ADL won’t sell to us unless he is absolutely forced to(if we overpay and outbid everyone basically), probably our only chance is the player’s relationship with Giuntoli and how willing he is to stay in Serie A.

From Kelly to Fagioli: Juventus' Last Day of the Transfer Market

Kelly - It's a matter of minutes, maybe hours, before Juventus announces the signing of Lloyd Kelly from Newcastle. The English defender landed on the evening of Sunday 2 February in Turin and has already undergone medical tests on behalf of the Bianconeri club. For the signing of the 1998-born player, who will train today under the orders of Thiago Motta, we are only waiting for the club's press release to confirm the official nature of the purchase.

Fagioli - The spotlight is on Nicolò Fagioli, whose future could be defined in the next few hours. The Juventus midfielder, who has ended up on the market, is wanted by both Marseille and Fiorentina, clubs that would be ready to set up a structured operation on the basis of a loan with an option to buy. A solution that is not currently heating up Juve, who would like to have a greater guarantee of being able to cash in on the departure of the former Cremonese player.

Cambiaso - The famous and much talked about offer from Manchester City has not arrived and, presumably, will not arrive. At least in this winter transfer window. The 2000-born player is therefore destined to remain in the shadow of the Mole at least until June, when Guardiola's City will try to plan the decisive assault. But what matters is the present: Cambiaso, while waiting to definitively overcome his ankle problems, will remain available to Thiago Motta for the entire second part of the 2024/25 season.

in the past we had famous players, now we have only famous offers for our players.

Get Felix from Chelsea on loan. Palmer has kept him out the team but Felix has excellent link up play. He'd be the closest option to having a Dybala-type player again.
Actually its not a bad idea.
Koop clearly isnt performing which means there is a need in AM - Felix could do well at that position as he has the creativity and skills required.
Vlahovic despite the goal isnt going to feature in our plans (and honestly shouldnt feature as he plays like crap).
Kolo Muani in the little he has shown is a better fit than Vlahovic.
Yildiz Felix Conceicao; Kolo Muani
Mangbula is an option to rotate on the left, Yildiz could also go on the right and we have N.G who could also play right or left.
Koop will be benched until he picks form.
For this 2nd half of the season it will go well but then we have next season and non of Kulo Muani and J.Felix will be here for next season which means we will need to find their duplicates...

Now we only have the sons of the famous players.. But yeah I get your point.
Its a time for a rise and we are currently on the decline.

Look I get what your are saying and Osimhen is definitely a monster BUT we need to both evaluate the price and the risk he might not fit.

On the last day of the transfer market, #Juventus is making a move with a view to the future: the target is Nicolò #Bertola , a defender born in 2003 for #Spezia , a team where he would remain until the end of the season ⚪️⚫️

Can't take too many risks, Kelly will be out injured and if something happens to veiga and gatti, were gonna need as many CB as possible.

Not that it really matters but Bournemouth wanted to keep Kelly, and he was captain, but he wanted to leave. This narrative reads better though. Then when a player leaves a club fans convince themselves that a player was not that good anyway. You see this on every forum.

Still worked out a weird deal overall. I get why we sold "home grown" players like Huijsen and Soulé for financial jiggery-pokery reasons, but the money we've spent and where we've spent it is the bigger problem.
Wait a minute!
Lloyd Kelly was the captain of Bournemouth?
If so , the transfer has potential to turn up good, just like Kalulu.( He is already better than Gatti on this premise alone)
It's baffling in hindsight because we should have kept Huijsen.
