Schira is now reporting Vlahovic is available for transfer. No agreement on new contract.

this is gonna end like Chiesa huh
There might actually be a chance that we could cash in more during this winter mercatto than we would in the summer, but not sure if there really is anyone ready to take on his wages plus a hefty transfer fee this soon when they know how easily we can be lowballed to a fraction of that sum if they just wait till the last week of August when we’ll be even more desperate to not lose him for free.

Much worse, because unlike injury plagued Chiesa, a struggling Vlahovic is still a top 2 scoring striker in Italy.

If we half ass selling him with no real idea for top striker replacement, it would be one of the worst cases of shooting ourselves in the foot, something we like doing for past 5 years.
There is a market value and wage demand. If vlahovic wants to kee0 his wages, then there is not many clubs which could afford.

I don’t think Jungtoli has a plan at all. I’m sure he’s crapping his pants that Vlahovic won’t renew. He will surely be panic sold or swapped. At least Kolo Muani is fast.

Take out Vlahovic's goals and we are in a relegation battle. Even when we substitute out Vlahovic in the second half, we can't win a game, but let's sell him for Zirkzee who scores nothing. Madness to gamble with such a vital player despite him being on shit form.

Pedulla was the most reliable Juve reporter in the summer. Let’s see. He seems to be the only one really pushing the Kolo track. Just swap him with Vlahovic

Kolo Muani just like Zirkzee is an all around striker who has shown no affinity to being consistent scorer at all?

Meh. Unsure about Muani.

Same, I liked him Frankfurt because of his active style to build up play, versatile etc. But he didn't score enough for them, almost wing forward there.

And he can't score for PSG and barely for France, so anyone expecting him to be our main scorer needs to adjust their expectations.

yeah it's not about letting vlahovic go, it's about jj coming up with even less prolific players lol

Which is why I'm wary losing Vlahovic until we super sure we can get somewhat prolific CF.

Yet a side effect of a different striker may be that the rest of the team starts to score more. I remember during the Conte era that our strikers didn’t score a lot, but everyone was more involved (plus Vidal who was a beast). A more footballing striker may increase the output of Conceicao, Yildiz, Koop, etc.
