Might be just about a good player for a season or 2 then we're fucked as he spends the 2-3 after that as an unsellable sub with high wages

I guess Berna + 20 would be fine though. Berna is fucking useless anywhere in any attacking capacity and the money covers the rakitic wages so no harm done there

Rakitic has the qualities to play regista and has actually played as Barca’s deepest player on a number of occasions. But yeah we have enough central midfielders. Would prefer it if the swap was for someone more advanced.
