depending on formation, out top priority should an additional winger then after that we could also use a 2nd player who can play pjanic role in case of injruy/rotation. after that those 2nd choice fullbacks dont exactly inspire confidence

Depends if Ramsey will continue to impress, then Sarri might have a headache in his hands. Otherwise true, looks more likely that Costa will get back his place once he's fully fit. But I like to think that 4-3-1-2 performances pleased Sarri. Our best performances were with it

Because it came up only as a solution to all the wingers being unavailable or used in other positions? Only available to play in attack winger in Berna was so useless in wide role he was moved to AMC, and guess what, he was useless there too (besides marking Brozo).

If 4-3-1-2 is going to become our main formation, it means we will quite unlikely fully start benching healthy Douglas Costa for Ramsey (if he stays healthy), because we know Berna cant really compete with either if they healthy/can play often.

I read it, like all his comments. He mentionned it in a way to say he is isnt a stubborn coach that only plays 4-3-3, he can change to others to fit the team or need. But he has professed he prefers 4-3-3, and despite lack of of depth wide, he wants to play mainly the 4-3-3. If all are healthy and we still play 4-3-1-2, then I will have doubts about my "certainty", but for sure we started playing the 2nd formation because we couldnt play 4-3-3 anymore (its really 4-4-2 with Costa due to how Ronaldo plays). Only available wing players either moved to RB or are playing so bad you might aswell change the formation to accomodate Ramsey.
