Strootman is a very good player who can really make our game flow better BUT Im divided on this as there are the signings I would like to see which I know are not going to happen and the signings that are more probable to happen...
Strootman for example is a 7.5 in terms of grade while I see our team filled with 7s and 8s and I would like us to get some 8.5s and 9s for a change...
Kroos Verratti Goretzka Keita (the one Liverpool got) SMS are players I would like us to sign all WC players (aside for Goretzka who can get there very fast) - Those are players who will lift our level in a great manner
Strootman will probably raise it too but probably just by a little bit compared to the others I mentioned.

If Dybala is leaving us then Ozil on a free is a no brainer. He is 29, experienced and one of the best assisters in the game. It will be very hard to find a better AM than Ozil let alone for free.

I know it wont happen but if we steal ozil and sanchez my god would that be great stuff.

If Strootman is a 7.5, then Pjanic is a 12, Matuidi a 10 and Khedira an 8
