@Benoit
This will be difficult to do even in FM imho.
Costa is ours already. Returning him(if contractually possible at all) would ruin our relationship with Bayern and the costs of that outweigh the benefits. We'd be returning Howedes though, unless he wins us the CL.
We will definitely have some fresh blood in midfield, but other than that I don't expect much. As everyone else I am hoping to see some good sales, even for the sake of our balance sheet and health, but I wouldn't want to axe one of our best 13 players, much less top 5.
Can't we sell squad players and make some bucks? I have to say its one of those finer pleasures in life when you see Sturaro going to(say) Everton for 40M and then the british media is hyping him up as a new Conte.

It will be difficult in many a ways. From benching midfielders worth in the hundreds of millions, through having no full-backs depth, Howedes as a hospital patient in Turin and Milik to keep him company.
We'd ruin our relationship with Bayern, because they might feel we haven't made the deal in good faith. Not to mention $#@!ting on the ECA president's word(and thanks for the vote btw), but more important than that because in current prices Costa IS a bargain. Obviously everything has a price in this world of ours, but last time we did that we made 21M and it was PSG.
When british media hype and we make money its a win-win. The world will see them for what they truly are and in the meantime poorer clubs can use their heads to get ahead, (un)like blondes.
