They are already signing Naby Keita for similar sort of money.
Are Naby and Goretzka too similar, or Goretzka is more of a b2b, while Naby a playmaker?

Yeah, 150m minimum spend in the 2018 ... and that is Liverpool!

Some people(Liverpool and Man U fans) are saying his partner would be De Vrij on a free... :shifty:

They're not world class. Coutinho was an inter flop salah was ordinary but nothing special at roma or chelski. Van dijk is'nt world either, because if he was any where near to being a 75million defender he would'nt be at southampton. What you should realise is the epl is the richest league BY SOME DISTANCE, so a player who would of been sold for 25-35million say four or five seasons ago could now be sold for double that amount, hence why pogba who was an ordinary player was brought for 90million. EPL has Inflated the transfer market.

Juve should sign de vrij. Barzagli is past his prime and too old.

I would do in the transfer market.

I would sign in januaryDe vrij and draxler

Offer buffon a new 1 year contract.

Send costa to bayern, as he is not a difference maker or match winner and has no end product.

Sell Bernardeschi, Khedira, asamoah de sigcilo, matuidi and higuain, as their all average.

If a club offers 100million for Dybala i'd sell.

I would never sell any of the world class players - Sandro, Pjanic, Benatia, Buffon Pjaca or Howedes or the best soccer coach in europe and possibly the world Allegri.

I would sign at end of season Kovacic, Goreztka/koke, SavicMilinkovic, vrsaljko and Milik.

Buffon

Vrsaljko
Benaita
De vrij/Howdes
Sandro

Kovacic 1 of Koke/Gorezkta
Savic milinkovic
Pjanic

Pjaca/Manzdukic
Milik
Draxler/Kean

This will be difficult to do even in FM imho.

Costa is ours already. Returning him(if contractually possible at all) would ruin our relationship with Bayern and the costs of that outweigh the benefits. We'd be returning Howedes though, unless he wins us the CL.

We will definitely have some fresh blood in midfield, but other than that I don't expect much. As everyone else I am hoping to see some good sales, even for the sake of our balance sheet and health, but I wouldn't want to axe one of our best 13 players, much less top 5.
Can't we sell squad players and make some bucks? I have to say its one of those finer pleasures in life when you see Sturaro going to(say) Everton for 40M and then the british media is hyping him up as a new Conte.

How would it be would be difficult? What the fuck is our relationship with bayern? Do they give the club money that am not aware of?
What has what the british media think of a signing got to do with the club?

It is possible to make those signings instead if club are ambitious and stop signing average players, nobody forces them to sign that won't improve the team.
It will be difficult in many a ways. From benching midfielders worth in the hundreds of millions, through having no full-backs depth, Howedes as a hospital patient in Turin and Milik to keep him company.

We'd ruin our relationship with Bayern, because they might feel we haven't made the deal in good faith. Not to mention shitting on the ECA president's word(and thanks for the vote btw), but more important than that because in current prices Costa IS a bargain. Obviously everything has a price in this world of ours, but last time we did that we made 21M and it was PSG.

When british media hype and we make money its a win-win. The world will see them for what they truly are and in the meantime poorer clubs can use their heads to get ahead, (un)like blondes. :sergio:

You cannot buy players if PSG does not want to sell them, it’s impossible. Barca tried all summer to buy Verratti to no avail.

PSG are the Josef Fritzl of football clubs, once they’ve got you there is no escape.
I was only half serious, but what I'm serious about is Cavani. Whoever PSG buys (Griezmann, Sanchez more likely than Dybala imo), Cavani is the odd man out there, so unless they play 424 he should be leaving. We have to be all over him and send Higgy to England. Put him in a potato bag if he resists

You didnt answer the fact that the club makes/made pointless signings.

The club is not without its flaws, but 'pointless signings' is a bit too rich. They are not what we dream for, but on the other hand we aren't 15 points behind the leaders like some other big teams. We looked at Mbappe (and most of us jizzed), but when PSG can spend 380M...

I am not telling you do the math, cause even that isn't strictly true, but have some perspective.

Juventus could decide not to wait until the end of the season to sign Emre Can, they could offer Liverpool up to €10m in January. (GdS)

Juve are offering Emre Can a 5-year contract worth €5m/yr. (GdS)

€5M a year for Emre Can :ratcafe: :beppe:

Meanwhile Goretzka heading to Pool it seems

We don't need De Vrij, we never did. Even if Barzagli retires we are set. With Chiellini, Benatia, Rugani, Caldara and probably Höwedes.

Barzagli just about to sign a contract extension til 2019. Chiellini til 2020. With Benatia, Rugani and Caldara coming in next season we are set for the next couple of season.

I'm not surprised one bit tbh. People went mand when they found out that we were willing to pay 4m to Khedira while Vidal had like ~3.5m here. EC still will be much cheaper to our books than most CMs of his level due to no signing fee. His amortization will be just his wages.

Welcome Emre Can :baus:
