For a low cost we could entertain a wing-based formation. For this we would need 4 wingers though (Cuadrado, Pjaca, Berardi, Coman (?)). It would certainly be exciting. Whether it would be effective is another question.

I don't see why Benatia would remain under consideration. 18 m is a no brainer for a player of his standard.

Quality player but also injured quit a lot, and we have already bought Caldara. If we are going with a four at the back system, I dont see the need.

Another winger to misue as forward? Tho he is a more natural inside forward then Coman and Pjaca, and has developed good goals scoring instinct.

Rugani should replace Barzagli. I think we are gone play mostly 4 in the back from now.
We need to buy smart that is buy 3 quality players and basta. No Luis Gustavo and others like that. No James we have Pjanic would be another overkill. Spending money for the midfield , 2 of them, if Verratti is a possibility buy him if not buy Tolisso, give Lyon the 40 mil. He is worth it. Bentancur is a good youngster and , fine for him. We only need young quality players. Bakayoko, Neves are welkom even Kessie.Benatia ok as 4 central defender. Asamoah as back up for Alex Sandro. Better spending 100 mil on quality and 100 mil on 8/9 second level players. About Orsolini he saw him play a number of time with Ascoli and he has potential, I like him. Berardi for my part can go the his beloved Inter. Good player but his head.......
