Surprisingly, there is a lot of granularity.
You can find statistics on:
-% of backwards and forwards
-Bad touches
-Dribbled Past
-Long passes, short passes
-Accurate long balls, accurate short passes
-You can do things like short key passes as a % of total short passes, or key long passes as a % of total long passes
It isn't perfect, but there is a surprising amount of granularity!
Italian media with the constant and incessant BS about Verratti to Inter. I mean, why the fuck would he go there? They are highly unlikely to be in the CL next season, and he is a Juventino to boot. Moreover, we can better any offer they make, dirty Chinese dimsum money or not!

And Inter can? Yes, we can. I refuse to believe that if we reach revenues close to 400 Million Euros, we can't afford an 80 million Euro transfer without sacrificing a big name. We have made progress over the past few years.

we definitely can afford such signings now. Verratti ain't happening tho, not because we can't afford him and the likes of inter can lol, but because PSG will refuse to sell whatever offer you throw at them.
unless ofcourse there is a release clause no one is aware of...

Exactly. PSG will make it as difficult as possible for us to sign a squad player from them, let alone Verratti. It's almost impossible but I still hope we give it a go this summer.
I was thinking summer of 2018, right before the World Cup. I feel Verratti will want to stay one more season, and give winning the CL with PSG a final try next season.

Payet is a good signing for any team, but we still in need for more defensive minded mid. Yesterday when Marchisio and El General played as side midfielders it was really great to watch, they covered space, tackled, created rhythm. But Claudio is vital as DM for us and Sami is not that dynamic Imo.
Plus higher the revenue, higher will be our wage bill, higher will be our operating costs. We have reached a point now where we can afford to give big salaries to our players plus make those €30- €40M signings which we normally weren't able to afford in the past. I just don't think we have reached a point yet where we can make a Real-esque signing every year though not without selling one of your stars of course.
Agree, though the only way this might be possible is if we reach a CL final.

As for that whole 400mln etc about ronaldo kaka, then they pulled it off from a loan and of course with a risk. We want to maintain stability as at the end of the day we cant rely on Exor to bankrole us out unlike Real Madrid who have a more firm shoulder to lean on.
