Really happy with this mercato. More than we could wish for honestly.
I still believe that we could do a lot more than a 2m option for Ihattaren, but the only thing that mattered for the board was getting their investment back I assume. Besides his talent there isn’t much to defend for so okay, not really fair cherry picking over such a great mercato.
Great prices for Kulusevski and Bentancur. I think Ramsey made a good decision going to Rangers aswel, easier competition and every penny and minute we save on him is a win. I rather pay a part of his salary than having a unmotivated Ramsey at training whenever he’s fit.
I don’t know much about Zakaria but low transfer fee and low salary makes him a good opportunity. After doing some good old YouTube scouting I think that he’s a very interesting profile. I like that Allegri wanted him too. Very positive feeling.
And I think it’s a good thing that we didn’t sign Nandez, was afraid for some kind of obligation. I rather continue with a small midfield knowing that we have Rovella and Fagioli. Save the money for a big signing next summer, sell Rabiot and add Fagioli and Rovella.
Don’t have to say anything about Vlahovic, hyped to see him in our shirt.
I happy that we’ll continue with Morata and Arthur. Want to see more of Arthur under Allegri before making my final conclusion, Morata will always be the player who sooner or later have important moments. One Vlahovic injury and we’d have big problems with only Kean.
Btw personally I expect that Soule will get more minutes, I remember a article of Albenese some time ago where he said that Soule might get more chances in the second part of the season. With Kulu gone he’ll probably replace him.

We’ve made a major step in starting to right all of those wrongs. We need another mid at least as good as Loca whilst bringing in a full back with some industry whilst getting rid of Alex Sandro.
Interesting summer window coming up re Dybala. If we are smart, we try to put Inter’s balls in a vice by pushing really hard for Raspadori.
