Cuadrado will renew and unfortunately Berna will as well... Morata not staying? No problem, we get someone else..
Dybala is the only pure loss as even if we replace him, we need to find a great forward for a cheap price that is on or near Dybala`s quality which will be very tough to find.
Chiesa is indeed a loss but he`ll be back like Zaniolo. My only worry about Chiesa is how his speed will be affected by his injury.
Defense - MDL will be sold IMO - It would be tough to imagine him here next year after Raiola`s comments about him ready for a new club.
Replacing MDL shouldnt be too hard IF we have the money. If we dont have the money (used it all in advance on Vlahovic) - We will need someone new or from the current team to step up.
There was a rumor about Koulibaly but I highly doubt we would be able to negotiate with Napoli for a reasonable fee.
