Fyi, Barcelona recently promoted three players from their youth academy (no experience in Liga B or some other random league), and they have been performing very well.

Sometimes all it takes is a bit of trust. The player doesn't need to be 24-25 before he can finally be a starter for Juventus. Look at Kean - he's shit, and we're still allowing him to start games.
