Something off there. Morty scored 20 goals last season in all comps, 11 assists.

And in 14-15 he had 15 goals - 7 assists. 15-16 he had 12 goals - 11 assists.
Went off WhoScored which doesn't do Italy Cup. Which would add more for Icardi also.

If I go off Transfermarkt, 14-15 Icardi goes to 9 goals - 2 assists, 15-16 Icardi goes to 27 goals - 11 assists, 2015-2016 Icardi goes to 26 goals - 10 assits, etc.

Yeah. It would add more for Mauro, but not as much more. If you do it by career minutes/goal + assist. Morata = Icardi. Morty with better assists, Icardi with better goals.

Morata = 129 goals - 55 assists - 20,500 minutes = 111 minutes/goal or assist
Icardi = 171 goals - 43 assists - 24,200 minutes = 113 minutes/goal or assist

I give Mauro credit for being an established starter more often and playing more minutes. Which is why his overall numbers are slightly higher. But aside from a couple seasons, he has really done nothing to warrant the reputation some give him. The two of them have just never consistently delivered. Neither is close to good enough, and both are too old to be splashing money on transfers plus long contracts now.

We need focal point of the team and Morata never was one, that is the problem, none says he has badvgame goal ratio. Not to crazy about Icardi but dry loan for half a year ain't that bad

Icardi has 3 goals this season. In 17 appearances. 746 minutes. 2 of them from the first two matches of the season. He’s scored once in his last 14 appearances. Playing in a team with Neymar, Messi, Mbappe, Di Maria, in a league with zero competition.

We need to stop bringing in washed up garbage. We need someone consistently in good form.

Agree, but if it's dry loan I would try. We are not getting Vlahovic

Gone soon fuck yeah
His book value will always be a problem for clubs

- - - Updated - - -

Juventus want to reinforce the attack in January. Vlahovic is the top target. Juve has gone as far as to make an initial offer with Fiorentina but has realized they need to wait. Tottenham and City have much higher budgets but Juve are pushing now.(Gazzetta)

Scamacca is the first alternative to Dusan Vlahovic. In the summer Allegri approved the signing but Sassuolo did not want to sell him. Sassuolo are currently keeping their demands high - 40 million or slightly less - and are in no hurry. (Gazzetta)

Arthur is like the last midfielder for Max in the pecking order. Of course in case u don't really count Ramsey as a football player.
Exactly, this is the point. Ramsey is already out of the project and even the team, Arthur needs to be next - he's just a bad fit for Allegri. Sarri would love to have him I guess but I assume Spanish clubs will be his final destination.

I really like the fact we're doing this purging in the middle of the season, it's being done the right way. Just get rid of those who don't contribute, for once the priorities are set right.

I know we are desperate to get rid of Ramsey and Arthur but we do need replacements hopefully rovella comes back and possibly zakaria

Considering that we keep on playing 4231, in theory we need 4 CMs only, in practice a 5th one would be useful. Just consider the CL squad - if we exclude Ramsey (obvious) then we have to add Pellegrini, so that's one spot gone. If we offload Arthur, we have only one room left. So just one between Rovella and Zakaria would be needed IMO.

We also might offload kulusevksi for a forward and also de sciglio if Koni de winter does a decent job so I hope we do sign a forward and midfielder in January to save our season

Agresti on VS forum:

- Kulusevski if he leaves goes abroad, no Fiorentina (Vlahović deal) or Atalanta
- January will be nothing special and a non-canonical window (whatever that means). Ramsey needs to leave, Arthur can only leave on loan, what to do with Kulu (directly related to arrival of a striker in January and has many admirers in London), Witsel out of radar completely and if a midfielder arrives it will be a good one. He adds he thinks we will not be bored during the window
- Someone asked about Cavani - Agresti says that so far they deny that from the club
- Juventus does not have the money to take Vlahović in January.
- Cambiaso from Genoa no information on him
- Two different sources denied Wijnaldum links, salary too high
- Asked about Arthur again, says if someone wants him, an 18 month loan would not be surprising
- Someone asked if it is true we will make 4 sales in January, he said Ramsey for sure and then let's see with Arthur and Kulu. Outgoing and incoming players need to be 'precise' because of UCL registration
- Someone asked about Kulu being directly linked to arrival of a striker, doesn't that mean we will have too many CFs and too few wingers, he said something along the lines that we can play differently too. I think alluding to Morata/Kean on the wing
- Someone asked about renewals and news about Berna and Perin extending, he said only Dybala extension is done and Cuadrado still 'far ahead'. Others are not in consideration right now
- Someone hypothesized that as long as we offered a higher salary to Vlahović he would force Commisso into selling to Juve - Agresti replied with 'I am not very confident' and a smiley :D
- No news on any wingers or fullbacks
- No chance Costa comes back. Deal is until June, he can find another club to go to from Gremio, but does not return to Juve
- Someone asked about Fagioli and Rovella coming back - Agresti said they will stay at their loan clubs because they are doing very well and then it needs to be decided who will actually stay next season in the first team. Also added that for him Ranocchia is the best of the 3
- Someone asked about Kaio and maybe playing him with U23 and also about what type of midfielder we can expect - Agresti said absolutely not for Kaio, he stays with the first team and added that the midfielder will be a 'massive, physical player'.

Plenty of expected stuff imo but at the same time disappointing. I was hoping we'd improve in January but I always had my expectations very low, so I myself don't expect anyone coming. Pretty sad nobody asked him about Zakaria.

So basically you telling me Juve's winter transfer market will be the equivalent of:

Street = the market
Traffic = demand & prospects
Dog = Juve
