Yep. I don't know how could anyone expect Vlahovic in January. That's totally insane, there's no way Viola would ever consider that considering how vital he is for them.
And all the alternatives simply stink. Icardi is past it, Muriel is not what we need and Scamacca is pointless, we already have Kean as a young CF.

Why would Sassuolo loan him? They sold Caputo in order to make room for Scamacca. Latest news suggest they don't want to sell in January and his price tag has jumped to 40m.
We desperately need a striker so we have to sign someone with Vlahovic being ideal. It will be costly hopefully we can get 40 million euros plus bonus for kulusevksi.

Wanda Nara met with Andrea Agnelli privately to discuss a January loan move. Icardi is open to Juventus move.(Foot mercato)

Dušan Vlahović again and again. He scored today a brace in Fiorentina-Salernitana - it’s 32 goals in 41 Serie A games in 2021.
Fiorentina president Commisso said: “Clubs should open talks with us - not with his agents”. Price tag for January: not less than €70m.(Romano)

January is cleaning up time. Hopefully we’ll make some hard decisions. Arthur, Ramsey and Rabiot all should look for a new club. Personally I don’t expect Rabiot to leave but he should of course.

Now it sucks that we have to wait until next season for Fagioli or Rovella. We should really go for quality instead of quantity. The quantity in the squad should be the youngsters who have everything to prove. Hopefully no panic signings this winter, within the next 6 months we should add 2 or 3 players of similar quality like Vlahovic or Pogba. Preferably a ST, CM and a winger.

Clean out the trash and make sure that someone like Berna doesn’t consume time of Kaio or Soule, Kean ahead of Morata, Pellegrini ahead of Sandro, etc.

If Atalanta wins it will be a gap of 9 points for top 4 and all the jabroni’s don’t show any signs of improving. Perhaps it’s getting time for early conclusions this season and already start looking ahead.

No signings who we will regret later on.

I doubt we are in the position to clean house and make moves especially since we’re about to get relegated thanks to the holy trinity

Even if we wanted to get a good midfielder in January there would be no one good to choose from probably.

At best dudes like Wijnaldum or Van De Beek will be for sale.

We have to spend on a good striker in January. If we don't we are going to lose a lot more. There are a lot of problems with the squad but that would make the biggest difference.

We save almost €80M in wages by getting rid of Soybala, Fagiot, Morata, Arthur, Ramsey and Sandro. That's a huge reduction in our wage bill.

It's about time we restructure our wage bill. The current situation is unsustainable with so many average players earning way more than they deserve. Very Arsenal-esque situation.

If Turdeski and the likes are not willing to take a paycut, dump them out of the club too.

It almost feels like we're the least ruthless club out there. Wake up and take some action ffs

If u get rid of those players u rly just have to buy CF, CM and LB. LW is also needed but we need player for this position even now.
Let's say it's 80m for CF, 50m for top mid and 20/30m for LB. Dunno if we can afford it but it's probably the only way.
Still not sure on Dybala though, have soft spot for him, but it's so hard to fit him in and he just can't stay healthy

Kulusevski, Ramsey and Arthur leaving? Say what you want about them but they are not the players who've been producing these shit results on the pitch.

De Sciglio - 7.9m
Perin - 8.5m
Rugani - 6.7m
Arthur - 21.7m (gross salary 6.5m)
Berna - 15.7m
Rabiot - 9.5m
Mandragora - 3m
Pjaca - 3.6m
Costa - 10.9m
Ramsey - 10m
Szczesny - 14m

I marked the guys without a expiring contract. There’s ~50m of expiring contracts and up to 100m if we sell some of the others.

In comparison, Fagioli costs 26k and Rovella 6.7m

And we have Peeters, Rafia, Vrioni, Di Pardo, Vlasenko, Marques, Zanimacchia, Correia etc away on loan. In fact we have a lot more guys away on loan but this are the most valuable players we have. Demiral will generate some income aswel.
