judging by stats alone, morata's last season was better than 5 of icardi's last 7 seasons. i don't know why icardi has this image of a goal scoring machine. he's good at killing off crosses, that's probably his only skill. he had some good seasons when perisic and candreva put in 30 crosses per games

honestly i'd rather take scamacca or (obviously) vlahovic than spend a single € on icardi, even if icardi wasn't a prick. but he's one.

I didn't know he was an introverted little bi-ach, but considering he made it out with his mentor's wife it seems more than plausible. She saw the gold, since she is a professional talent spotter, saw that he was shy and didn't go out to 'check other options' and pounced like a tiger with a boob job. I say this as someone that’s never been anti Icardi....no thanks. Focus on younger players. I don’t even like Kean but I’d rather see him play than some loanee. If we have an opportunity to get Scamacca, get him. Should’ve gotten him in the summer but whatever. I still think Vlahovic is the main target though, so not sure we’ll be buying any 9 in the winter.

And in 14-15 he had 15 goals - 7 assists. 15-16 he had 12 goals - 11 assists.
