Usually this is the situation and I agree with it but this time I think there is not a single person who thinks we dont need it ASAP..
I see no Witsel or Tchounamei but I do think we might go for Vlahovic - Considering he has a high transfer fee it doesnt seem likely but I still think we will pull a surprise.
