Atalanta are interested in Dejan, however they want him on a loan deal for two years similar to the demiral deal , but Juventus won't loan him out without an option. The club wants cash, even possible with a loan + obligation to buy. (Calciomercato)

but arthur's book value is much higher unfortunately. arthur prolly earns more too. either we bite the bullet and accept a minusvalenza or we overpay for pavard

dunno how serious is that plusvalenza investigation. i don't think anyone can stop clubs doing it while the rules remain the same
Arthur's book value after this season will be 46m I think if memory serves me correctly. Maybe exchange loans with Bayern for 18 months, then decide on purchase.

Arthur has like 1m gross more than Pavard.

From financial standpoint I think it could be done, it's not that farfetched. But I am not sure if Bayern would want Arthur and if we would do another exchange

sounds bs anyway. bayern and overpaid, expensive, not physical players? also, not an expert in german taxation, i just saw like a dozen of german personal income tax declarations, but i don't think they have a similar tax benefit, so arthur's 5m net would be close to 10m there (~6.5m in italy)

Yeah forgot about the different tax laws.

You're right, Arthur doesn't seem like their kind of player at all but one can hope. And boy do I hope lol

Yes sell all our useless midfielders and sign tchouameni plus pogba

Andrea Sartori, global head of the KPMG sporting division: "Looking only at a short period does not give a good picture of how the plusvalenza are being used. In the last 9 years Juve made plusvalenze equivalent to 21% of its sales..."

In the Serie A ranking, Juve was 7th during that period. The first two are Udinese and Genoa with 69%, then Atalanta (38%), Fiorentina (35%), Roma (33%) and Napoli (30%). The plusvalenze numbers of Juventus do not look out of the ordinary."

They'll give him Coutinho and Goretzka treatment.

imagine the headlines if any juve player showed up after a similarly quick and spectacular transformation.

i love italy as a country, the italians i met were mostly adorable people, but i could deport 99% of their journalists to siberia.
