iniesta and pirlo back from retirement.

we would never lose a ball in midfield again. it would work with the 5 subs rule now to account for them not being able to last 90 mins
Those are smart players. Can see the game well, decision making is top notch. Take a 20yr old player who has a tiktok installed on his mobile device and tell me how he’s seeing the game.

Romagnoli or some freebie, danilos been solid and bonucci can work in a solid system/team. We desperately need a mid and a striker.
That would leave me worried about the CB situation to be honest. But it might need to be done.

I think we need to, for now, change formation desperately. Mckennie cannot play in a midfield 2 and I hate this crap of playing Rabiot or Mckennie on the wing.

Cuadrado De Ligt Bonucci Sandro

Mckennie Locatelli Bentancur

Chiesa Dybala
Kean/ Morata

A proper goalscoring striker is a must for sure but ofc only along with fixing the main problem we've been dealing with for so many years already which is the lack of a proper CM that can actually carry the ball forward, beat his man towards creating superiority and which is capable to also make the most of the space available in front of him by playing an accurate key through pass when it's needed...

It's a bit far fetched to expect world class transfers during January mercatto but i'd be glad if we at least get someone in that at least resembles some of the qualities i listed above from a CM/CAM, one way or the other, whether in January or next summer, proper reinforcements are certainly needed.

Nonetheless, getting rid of some of the mediocrity that is currently crowding our midfield should be very much a priority too.

The problem is who would we get to play center back?
If you can sell De Ligt for 120, you do it without hesitation. You can get an amazing defender like Pau Torres or Badiashile for 60-70 million, and use the rest of that money to reinforce the midfield. Gravnberch + a freebie like Kamara or Zakaria, or someone more creative like Aouar, Antony or Damsgaard. Keep an eye on Ilic and Boga.

You don't take up the option on Morata, and bring in Vlahovic.

With wages freed from purging Glassmsey and potentially the French shitcunt, you can bring in another player. Sell McNuggets if you have to.

We have so many glaring weaknesses, that it's going to be impossible to fix everything in one summer. We need a cb, a fullback, a winger, two mids, and a striker.

We're going to need two summers to fix that, if Chimichanga and Arrivederci do their jobs properly. If not, prepare for more shitfuckery for another 3-5 years.

Get Mæhle, Damsgaard, Zapata and a physical CM (many options, for example Savic). Sell Dybala to fund some of this shit.

Mæhle and Damsgaard are combining well and killing it for their NT while still not performing in their respective clubs, they could be available for reasonable prices.
Mæhle has an impressive engine and can run 90 minutes non-stop while covering the whole left flank.

Cuadrado ---- Bumbum/New ---- De Ligt ---- Mæhle
------------- Arthur ---- Locatelli ---- Savic
------ Chiesa ----- Zapata ----- Damsgaard

Bench:
- Danilo for RB and CB cover
- Sandro (if cant be sold for reasonable amount)
- Bumbum
- Bentancur
- Kean for Zapata
- Kulu (if cant sell)

Incinerate:
- Bernadeschi
- Chiellini
- De Sciglio
- Ramsey
- Bentancur
- Morata
- Rabiot
- Allegri

I have to say I’m very out of tune with who the talents are at the moment but one thing I know is these players have to go in January: Fagiot, Kulu, Ramsey

We have to bring someone in that can give us an attacking outlet on the left - we have nothing at all on that side. This is a name from left field but Raheem Sterling is getting little game time at city and openly said he wants to play abroad - a front 3 of Sterling-Dybala-Chiesa interests me and we would finally have a presence on the left wing. I think he’d cause massive issues to these Italian defences with his pace and direct running. Boga could also be an option.
it’s crucial though we get someone for the left.

Is aouar still available? He’d be a good addition next to Loca along with a solid B2B mid

Why drop Danilo, our best defender this season?

That front three, Chiesa aside, is underwhelming as fuck. Zapata isn't getting any younger and should definitely not be the starting CF @ a club like Juventus. I really don't think Daamsgard is ready to be a starter for us either - look @ Kulu.

Who are your backups? So, all you've really done is sold Dybala to bring in SMS.

When you say best defender, is that as a CB or a RB ? What is his role? Can he play as a CB in a 4-4-2 ?
Can he play as an RB with just some sort of attacking output as well?

To me, he is a nice utility player, but the way he is used right now is as an extra CB adding cover for Chiellini and Bumbum, or as an RB with no attacking expectations.

As strange as it might sound, because we’ve been selecting mostly younger players, some experienced guy who’s able to lead the midfield won’t hurt us. Especially assuming that either Rovella or Fagioli will return. Don’t have a clear idea who but there should be someone out there for a reasonable price + salary

Its definitely underwhelming compared to big CL sides, but tried to come up with something somewhat realistic in terms of transfer fees.

As I said, Mæhle and Damsgaard are playing VERY well together and might be acquired cheaper than many others. Mæhle would bring our whole left wing alive and can play like a prime Lictsteiner. Obviously its a bet, but its one Id be ready to take at this point compared to much else.

Savic or some other CM to come in, and a new CB who can play football (Romero type) if we can afford it.

In terms of attack, Zapata is the type of striker we need and he is producing well and will be affordable. A cheaper Lukaku and a fresher Dzeko.
With wingers like Cuadrado, Mæhle, Chiesa, Damsgaard, the fucker could be spoonfed with chances and he can hold the ball and lay it off to our fast wingers.

Backups are sparse, id give you that. But look in the incinerator, whatever that cant sell or burn, put it on the bench, or get some cheap veterans or young players with hunger. Just get a strong starting 11 and then we go for winning Serie A first.
