Yeah, it's not easy to find quality in January as teams don't want to lose their important players mid season. Even generally it feels like there's a shortage of world class traditional number 9s currently. However some ancient traditional number 9s like Ibra and Dzeko still seem to be killing it in this league so I think if you find the right guy and utilise him correctly these kind of players can still add value to the team even if they're not named Lewandowski or Håland. Serie A is in many ways different to the Premier league, you don't need Usain Bolt kinda speed to make it as a striker in Italy.
