Rodriguez ll extend his contract until 2019. There ll be a buyout clause implemented..2016 or 2017 he is gettable for around 30m€.

i dont think 30M is a problem to pay for Real

IMO We've underutilized Asamoah. It's unfortunate because he's a victim of our ridiculous central midfield depth. If we ever sold Vidal, I'd love to see him get a shot playing as one of the midfield three. He's a way better CM than a leftback.
yeah but he is a better leftback than anyone we can get and we are well covered at CM. id rather see him play than on the bench anyway. and i think when he starts playing there regularly he will become among the best in the world at that position

I'd take 3 in the back if we can play Rooney, Mata, Falcao and Van Persie in the same lineup.
Unlike playing with Asamoah bonucci chiellini ogbonna litch and a overworked tevez and an isolated nando

Anyone else find it comical that now the EPL teams are all over 3 in the back. We're flat out sick of it, and they're starting to embrace it. United played a 3-1-4-2 today!
Yet United plays it with other kind of players then we did. One must look at the players before setting up the team. Van Gaal has played quite a few formations in his career. But still a 3-1-4-2 is a very different formation then Conte's 3-5-2, mainly bc of the players in it.
The way Guardiola played three at the back earlier this year in CL was just majestic. If we could play like that it would be incredible, yet we dont have such players.

Yes. 3-5-2 with Lichtsteiner, Asamoah and Pirlo as attacking players is completely different than playing it with Roben, Ribery and so on. The reason why 3-5-2 was hurting us is because we don't have attacking midfielders like Bayern, Manure, Real, Barca and so on.

what about Firmino. does he have one too?[/QUOTE}

Haven't heard abot one.
Though, if he does have one it's most likely closer the 30 M €, given that he renewed his contract after a great season, while everyone believed he was gone. Volland, on the other hand, extended his during a time when they were fighting relegation, so he was able to negotiate such a cheap clause.

Forget Honda, gimme Kagawa I'd still take him in, he actually seems sane too.
Kagawa just transferred to Dortmund, after blowing at Man United, and won't go anywhere at this point. Especially with Reus gone most likely.

Rodriguez to Real, Marcelo to us :tuttosport:
Rodriguez is not going anywhere before 2016, IMO, and Marcelo's terrible defensively anyways.
