Loaning Falcao and taking Mata, surely we cant expect United to just hand them over to us. It would have to include either Vidal or Pogba to make it happen.

As many here are always showing that once the name Shaqiri's mentioned, I've got another name from Germany.

Kevin Volland(Hoffenheim) seems to have an opt out in his contract for next summer. The media's reporting that the clause is worth €12.5 mil.
He'd certainly be a better option then at least half the wingers/strikers mentioned here and he's still relatively young.

I think Candreva is definitely Juve caliber, but as a good squad player, rather than as a critical piece. Unfortunately, I would only buy him under 2 conditions:
-We're playing a formation that requires a wide player like Candreva.
-He costs 20MM EUR or less.

Neither will be the case so it's a non starter. He strikes me as a perfect 4-4-2 player.
Problem is if you want the player to play UCL, the Universe is small and the only affordable players are the Diamanti's of the world because the combination of a player not being cup-tied and the seller being willing to offload a serviceable player in January results in a very small list of players. If you want a player like Juan Mata, it won't be cheap.

Milan's poor. Would you guys take Keisuke Honda for a reasonable fee?
FUUUUUUUUU!!

Firmino would be the perfect Trequartista for us. He's got a strong offensive approach like old number 10s in the past, he's a great passer with a great vision and a class finisher. Not to mention his intelligence, flair and ability to take on defenders. And the body strength for a league like Serie A. A complete package.

Instead of paying 25+m for Mata and I'd rather go for this kid who will offer so much more in the long run.

Mata is too expensive for us anyways, plus he's playing well right now so doubt they'll sell him this window.
Sounds like some lads here have pretty high hopes for January.
