Wenger is a very good coach, Simeone also is one of the best today
We need a coach who can provide 2 things
1. a winning mentality - saying a scudetto is also won with draws is not a winning mentality! It seems to me he is not as ambitious as Conte and doesnt really know how to motivate his team!
2. Todays game is different from the past! There are some here saying we need wingers- They are right! BUT we need the right ones!
Pirlo is a very good player when not man marked. When you play against clubs who prepare well against him it seems he should be dropped!
I like Vidal but Id be willing to part with him if it means we get 2 great wingers!
a great winger should be half winger half forward not just a midfielder who play on the side!
A great winger in my eyes must have great dribbling ability, must be pacey, his game should be based on cutting inside from the wings!
If we could land one it would be great!
We are linked with Mata?! - He is not my ideal choice but he could be played in various positions and he fits the bill although I dont see his current ability as sufficient!
Robben - We should try and see if he is tired of Bayern or something!

Simeone is a great coach, though he's kind of a cunt.

Wenger has deteriorated greatly as a coach the past 5 years. His weaknesses are blatantly exposed in any game against strong teams.

 WTF was that?

I remember an Egyptian player, Shikabala who played for PAOK. He had a fucking great technique but no mind.
Salah is nothing special, just a guy who can run and run and run.
Shikabala is the Egyptian Balotelli

So Aguero, Dzeko, Suarez, Falcao.... even C.Ronaldo was close...damn we were so close, just like in all those CL finals
Add Messi to the list

Are people considering Wenger? Worse yet, are people putting winning mentality and Wenger on the same sentence? Don't go full retard, please.

And please, let's stop this bullshit about us having "one of the best mid in the world", it fucking isn't.

It might have been when Pirlo still knew how to play Football, when Vidal didn't move like a turtle and actually added something to the team and when Marchisio wasn't just a decent DCM who won't participate much. And Pogba? What the fuck happened to that kid? So much promise, It seems it went way over his head, this whole "I'll be the best in the world" BS.

Our defense is old, getting older to the point of retirement. Our midfield is gone and up front Tevez will be leaving for Boca in 1,2 more seasons. Morata, Coman, Rugani and "the promising" youngsters are a hit or miss kind of deal. They might turn out good or just meh.

This team needs a complete overhaul, and that requires shitloads of money. Do we have it?

First of all we need a coach. Someone much better than spineless Allegri.

I don't think our situation is as bad as you describe it's just that this team is under performing for a while now. It seems Conte knew changes had to be made but he didn't get it so he left. These players are far from finished but we need a coach with new ideas and high work ethic. We need to balance this team because it's too defensive and predictable now. It's laughable that Italian champion is so bad with the ball. Someone like Deschamps or Bielsa would really do it for us IMO. Klopp and Simeone are impossible but they'd do wonders here as well.

Allegri is not bad but he's a pussy. He needs to change something quickly and choose formation and tactics that he's familiar with.

We have a strong team that just needs proper guidance and maybe one class winger.

As for other managers, I would like Bielsa the most. He's a badass and prefers fast, high energy, attacking football. We need those kinda managers in Serie A (like Rudi Garcia), to influence others to stop playing slow and outdated football.

I think he`ll be our next coach if we sack Allegri BUT I dont think we will...
Doesn't matter if we sack Allegri right now, we can't get Deschamps at least until EC 2016.

This is not about you, but sometime people think that coaches would be running to us because we are Juve.
