To be completly honest, truth be said:
Vucinic + Quaglia + Osvaldo = Out
Morata + Coman = In
Good job marotta ...
I think he did a decent job, although Iturbe may be a missed opportunity after his game yesterday lol.
A few thoughts:
-Morata may become better than Llorente
-Evra is perfect because it allows Asamoah to play central, which really enhances depth
-Pereyra looks very smart as well, and not only because we could trick the opposition into thinking we have two Arturo Vidals. Seems very versatile with upside.
-Coman may solve the problem on the left side in terms of pure wingers. We just need a left footed winger now (Shaqiri please

)
Imagine fielding this (4-3-3) False 9
Coman------------------------Shaqiri
---------------Tevez------------------
---------------------------------------
---------Vidal--------Pogba-----------
--------------Marchisio----------------
-----------------------------------------
Evra--Chiellini--Barzagli--Lichtsteiner
-----------------------------------------
---------------Buffon-------------------
-Tevez already kind of plays like a false 9 anyways with his workrate and runs into the midfield.
-You can then have Pereyra sub in either on RW or CM
-Asamoah could sub in on CM/RW/LB as well. I wonder why Asamoah isn't experimented as a RWer (He is left footed, can dribble to cut in, and can shoot from distance)
-Giovinco could sub in on LW or CF.
-Pirlo would sub in as regista when healthy.
-Bonucci/Ogbonna/Caceres as CB or in Caceres' case RB.
-Morata could also play as a false 9, but you'd probably want to convert the formation into a normal 4-3-3 is Morata or Llorente are playing.
-Romulo can also play as RB or CDM.
-Padoin will still get his token 85th minute sub for better or for worse.
Frankly Shaqiri & Coman together with Tevez as a playmaker/workhorse could be a flatout scary attack to play against with its pace, offensive ability and dribbling.
If Pirlo is on, Pirlo could send penetrating passes on either wing and have a forward who can actually do something with it.
