He actually already rejected an offer from Prandelli. I wonder how did Marotta missed picking him up from Sampdoria., but he is a volatile character.

The goals looks great. Quinta is 5th division is it ?
He's definitely a bit volatile. He stole his teammate/best friend's wife (Maxi Lopez), and now constantly posts pictures of him with her and Maxi's kids.

indeed but personally i would hate a volatile character like that on my team drawing such negative press

Pedro would be expensive with many suitors like Liverpool,Arsenal, etc.Although he is not on high wages at all and could be a short term solution for a wing based formation.Would be sold in the bracket of 25-30 million as Liverpool is stupid and rich enough to pay that kind of money for a 27 year old with a year on his contract.

I like Pedro, he'd be well worth the 25 mill or so. He wouldn't be a short term solution at all, I can see his game aging nicely and the fact he can use both feet well along with his smart movement means he'd be very flexible, position wise. I'd prefer to shoot for a more dynamic winger ala Robben but Pedro would be great also.

Are the Manchesters or any other club interested? :beppe:
We should start baiting them into stupid buys. We can target overrated players and say outrageous things in the press like we rate them highly or compare them to other players (ie: start the hype machine). Then Roma, City, or United will pick em up and we'll laugh...

"That Franco Brienza, he is the hottest new trequartista in Italy. He is only 22, and could be better than ADP. We're willing to pay 30 million euro."

Considering MUFC & MCFC appear to simply copy our transfer strategy, they may forget to check that he is actually 35, and would get a nice little surprise when he shows up for his medical.

Like we did with Aguero and Dzeko?

That wasn't baiting them. That was telegraphing transfer strategy.
Napoli did it best with Higuain - get the deal done quickly without stupid haggling over price (Juventus/Arsenal were haggling, Napoli just got 'er done in a day.) Chances are as soon as competition enters, the price will go higher than the original price.

What about Dybala from Palermo?
He started his carrer for Palermo as a very promissing player but it seems like he lost it. Now he has start this season pretty good with 2/2 goals, plus a good season at B'.

I was just kidding, but I really don't think they just look at what we're interested in. It's a lot easier nowadays to keep track of players.

Pedro "brainless runner" Rodriguez  Roma-level. case closed.
Brainless runner :sergio:

Just boot up your copy of FIFA.

The funny thing is, while it is clearly flawed, FIFA has hundreds of fans for each team that provide attributes and ratings for every team in the game. It's a scouting network of fans. Its probably more effective than some of the scouting staff in Europe in terms of coverage and accuracy.

I mean they essentially get people to sign up as scouts on this site: http://fifa-talentscout.ea.com/ for FREE.

While I'd imagine the majority of teams have complex networks of scouts that can easily dig up players and find gems, I'm sure others are probably inferior to looking up players on FIFA and cross referencing with wikipedia, and www.whoscored.com. Toronto FC comes to mind.
