Learn to read ffs. I've never said that Coman is a better player atm, neither that I'd refuse to sign Mata if the opportunity presents itself. For a resonable fee that is definitely something to consider and especially if we intend to change our setup, 4-3-1-2, or 4-2-3-1. But I can understand the Zach's logic behind this; Coman as extremely promising youngster might be neglected if we were to sign Mata and that might hamper his development, but that's also a questionable notion, since talent eventually comes on top IMHO. If Coman indeed proves to be THAT talented then displacing Mata, who is very good player but not quite a WC, from the starting eleven won't be that much of a problem.

Not lazy, but doesnt work hard on defensive duties, but why should he? He is a creative attacking player who's job is to create and get into scoring positions when able.

I dont get why everyone has to be this mad pressuring and tactically suited player. It helps if excell at that, but not everyone has to be like that, there should be room for players like him, especially when he does his job spectacularly effective when used as he should be (Oscar works hard, but what good does that do them when he cant even create even a fraction of what Mata did?). He is a Nr 10 attacking playmaker, shouldnt need to be more, no one was more effective assist giver then him more or less in his Chelsea days, and his efforts lead them to winning titles, thats why I consider him a world class attacking midfielder.

Mata, to me, is an uninteresting player. Certainly an uninteresting playmaker.

And i don't see why people are comparing their achievements, seeing as Oscar is 4 years younger...

Too much money for a team like Juventus. Also, it's not only if we can ''afford someone''. Teams need to have hierarchy for wages. We can't pay for Mata wages of 7m/year and for Buffon or Tevez or Vidal 4-5m/year.

Mata is not World Class. He is a very good player, but I wouldn't classify him as WC. I see him as a poor version of Ozil, and Ozil Lite of sorts.

However, I'd definitely welcome him here, even if I'd prefer someone with far more promise (like Isco) for example.
