I just can't continue this discussion with a serious face.

So in less than year, we're gonna buy 3 players for that position; Pereyra -> Sneijder -> (another random douche) next Summer? Is this what you call smart business?

How is what you say justifiable? Since when do we buy mediocre players? Marotta doesn't do option to buy with Udinese. He will buy Pereyra come Summer. It has nothing to do with his mediocre performances.
That makes two of us :lol2:

You're assuming too much klin. Give it a rest. We didn't acquire neither Pereyra or Sneijder at this point, so discussion makes no sense. But it's funny to read your exaggerated posts as always.

But there is no question if we'll have 15M next Summer for Pereyra. :touched:
That would be new financial year and we'd have the similar amount of funds as last summer, if not even more depending on CL performances, to work with. If players like Shaqiri comes around during summer's mercato we'd be interested, right now it doesn't seem likely that we'd be able to afford anything more than a loan.

I'm not assuming and it's not going to be funny reading your posts come Summer trying to explain why we had to buy Pereyra because that's just what you are. A hypocrite.

If we won't keep buying mediocre expensive players, that scenario might change. Start preparing for new excuses, Summer is just a few months away.

You can fortell future then, massive respect. :delpiero:

We made a bad move with Conte, Allegri,

Vidal was sold last summer, since the club has no ambitions to compete,

Conte left because Vidal was sold...

Should I continue? It's just the way you are. Dramaqueen. But don't ever change, you amuse me greatly.

Just to clear up some confusion or rather ignorance.

Marotta: 'Pereyra will be permanent'

Juventus dg Beppe Marotta reassured Roberto Pereyra they “certainly intend to take up” their option from Udinese.

The 23-year-old completed his transfer from Udinese for €1.5m on loan with option to buy for €14m at the end of the season.

There is also a clause for a further €1.5m based on performance-related bonuses until June 2020.

“You know Roberto Max Pereyra well, as he played the last three seasons at Udinese,” said Marotta at the start of the Press conference.

“He showed himself to be one of the best young players in Serie A. He started out at River Plate and slowly grew to make his mark in Italy.

“He is a modern and versatile player who can take on different roles, which is the reason we pushed on the negotiations with Udinese until we found an agreement.

“The transfer is initially a loan with option to buy, which we certainly intend to take up. We are proud to have him here, as Max is one of the most interesting young players in Serie A.”

The league isn't finished yet. You can see the future as well?
It is still an option, not obligation, meaning that despite Marotta's words if Pereyra doesn't play well till the end of season (so far he's been more than a decent) we can back out.

Anyway, if he'll be our only acqusition for the summer for that role then you're fully whithin your rights to express disconent, as we can do better, should do better, but since we're asuming here I assume it won't be the case and that we're actively seeking for better players for that specific spot.

Until there are better opportunities during the summer Sneijder will do just fine and we wouldn't be paying transfer fee, or few mills tops, which makes him affordable for the time being. At 30 years of age (was surprised to see that he isn't older) he still can offer top quality football.

The question is whether we had 15m to play with this winter. All report suggest that we offered a loan deal with an obligation to buy next summer, when assumably we'd be able to meet Bayern's asking price.
merda offered 2m loan + 13 buyout. We can't afford that? We're giving 2m for Sneijder :)lol:) so we have the money to make a loan. We surely have 13m to spend during Summer. Our revenue is double of what merda have if I'm not mistaken.

IF Allegri really prefers Sneijder over Shaqiri then to me he's not the man for the job obviously I'll have no more doubts. The guy criticizes "The Italian Way" and then goes exactly that road. We're slow and predictable in attack -> he adds friggin Sneijder to the pile

I agree Shaqiri is not WC and he's a bit of a gamble but at least he's far from a burnt out mercenary who's at retirement since two years and hasn't been relevant for even longer than that.

Inter offered 13m (didn't see that any loan would be involved) and that still might not be enough, since Liverpool and Everton offered 3 mills more. 16m seems too much for the winter mercato.

You can't compare Shaqiri and Sneijder. Shaqiri is a winger and Sneijder is a number 10. Of course Allegri prefers a traditional number 10 to a player he has to play out of his natural position. If we would have played 433, then the case would have been different but seeing we will not implement this system in the short future since we have to make several acquisitions to be able to. The signing of Shaqiri would have never made any sense.

Just from CL we will get 48 mil. since we are the only italian club.28 for qualifying at knockout stage and 20 mil .for TV rights. That's much, much more that Merda gets. But there is always an explanation how we have a new stadium we have to pay that out completely and other stories.
Shaquiri is way far from us first because Bayern want to sell and Marotta wants to try him first and they are no lack of funds so here the story starts and ends.
