Can't wait for the epic moaning and whinging in this thread when we sign trash like Rolando :D It's going to be a fun January.
With Rugani not available until the Summer, I would be fine seeing Rolando arrive. If Barzagli continues to remain crocked, Caceres should return to the reckoning in the near future, which leaves Ogbonna, Chiellini, Bonucci, Caceres and Rolando to take care of two CB positions.

The Montoya story is interesting, yet the prices been bandied about are staggering given he has hardly played for Barca this term. I have seen nowhere near enough of him to judge his suitability or value. Has anyone else?

Higher up the field the situation is much more interesting. Will Coman be loaned? That is surely a secondary story to the Seba problem. It seems a grudge for him to stay and let his contract wind down, when he has had chances, and has not managed to earn a starting role since returning to the club. On the other hand, I suppose from his point of view, and certainly his agent's, signing on a free in the Summer will likely provide a much larger sack of gold. I lose love for players who chase the money more than the field.

Shaqiri would be an immense signing, a worthy treat for Allegri who just managed to push us unto the last 16. The revenue from our champions league campaign is apparently close to 70m, taking into account the prize fund, and market pool (both fixed and variable). Surely we can afford to invest 20m of that? Possibly slightly more. All depends on what the core aim is this season, as well as the seriousness of a chance of picking up an ultra talented youngster like the swiss lad. Pereyra has done OK, but his shooting is probably the worst in the squad, which is a concern given he often finds himself in goalscoring positions. Not looking worth the 15m fee as of yet.

Pepe may be found a club, I hope so, as he will be wished well by all juventini.

I will be happy enough with Rolando and Praet or Shaqiri. We need a natural attacking midfielder to play in the hole more than spending a similar amount on a player who seems naturally a RB (when we have Lichsteiner soon to renew) and the LB is adequately covered by Asamoah and Evra.

I see Inter's in the race for Lavezzi? I'd actually rather have him than Shaq.
Nah.. Lavezzi is turning 30 and he haven't really been anything special the last two seasons.

Just liek with Rolando (who we shouldn't sign!) I want to rejuvenate this Juve team. Besides Pogba we don't really have any solid players players under 25. We might get caught in the mess as Milan did with an ageing squad and no quality players from the next generation.

Shaqiri would make a case for a young player with a good amount of potential that could be a part of the next generation Juventus team.

Looking 3 years ahead I think Marotta is in for a hard job to keep Juve in top 8-16 of Europe.

Btw. we should talk to Bayern about Pierre-Emil Højbjerg even tho the arrogant bastard of Bayern do not want to sell him.

Looks like Mark let another one get away? What happened with Kramaric?
Kramaric will go to Chelsea if rumours are true.

And regarding Shaqiri:

Evry transfer season there is the same rumor with one player, close to Juve, contract negotiations ongoing, then, a few days latyer we didin't even contact the club, then a few days later a rumor that on Monday, we will announce the deal, just to have a rumor the Sunday before that Monday that the deal is off again and every transfer season again, everbody here fall for that shit.

And, the most annoying part, we never get that player (Dzeko, Aguero, X. Alonso, ...)

Where's B81 from originally? "Kapitulieren" is a rather commonly used word in German for example :D
You tell em Bro. Capitulate is a common word; nothing unusual about it.

I'm Egyptian with Turksih and Italian ancestry. As Maddy pointed out, I'm in Thailand conducting experiments on Ladyboys (Post op) :p

He's an Egyptian that went to Thailand for the D on boys looking liek girls.
Slight misconception here. I like the ones who have had their D's removed.

Damn, I never realized Lavezzi's age. I thought he's a lot younger :shifty: so I pretty much agree with that, eventhough Lavezzi should be able to play at least 3 more seasons at his level.

His level nowdays is lower too. But I expect him to be a good signing for Inter.

I bet during this window we won't sign any offensive player. :D It's a high chance it'll be just DC/DL/DR. So either Montoya or someone. There's no way we're gonna make 2 'big' moves in January.

:agree: We'll liekly sign a shitter liek Rolando, another mediocre fullback and maybe we get lucky on a offensive player, but that I doubt. Shaqiri maybe, but names liek Sneijder and Ben Arfa is just pure lunacy. Luckily I don't think Marotta is thick enough to sign the latter two :D

I actually see Moratta saying stuff like 'we never wanted Shaqiri' when January ends. :D Montoya/Rolando or both is something we'll pull imo. I'm gonna be surprised if we sign a defender (and we'll surely sign one imo) and an offensive player.

I even dislike winter transfers because teams financially rape others cause they are in no need to sell at all (most of the time).

I take it back. Now I wouldn't sign him. :D

I can't figure out whether or nor I liek the transfers window being opened in January. In my mind I want the summer to be the off-season where clubs get their squads ready and then play the entire season with the squad they assembled during the summer.

On the other hand I liek the winter fuss and rumours plus clubs get the opportunity to sign players in case of an injury and so on.
