$#@!ing hate this retarded media bull$#@!. As soon as the transfer window shuts, we are linked with Mata's, Ronaldo's and Messi's and in January it's the same good ol' Pereyra's and Romulo's. It's obvious we can't sign top tier players that have already established themselves in strongest leagues, it's pointless to try and give fans false hope that will never (at least not any time soon) materialize.
They have to make some kind of new

:agree: The problem is the people who bring those shitty articles on here. Dailymail, sportmediaset and a 100 other toilet paper sources should be banned around these parts.

Zaza will cost us 15mln next season, and 18mln in 2016.

Either way I'd welcome him back.
I would have preferred we brought him back this summer for peanuts. We barely spent on the transfer market, so it's not like we used the funds garnered from his sale on anything worthwhile. He could have grown here as a striker under the tutelage of Llorente. Played in CI matches, and against league minnows. Giovinco could have been sent along his merry way. Fuck, I wouldn't have minded swapping Gio for Zaza's half.

Giovinco's agent said we rejected a bid from Galatasaray for him

Suddenly everyone is excited about Zaza despite him proving zip, bit weird.
Not excited really. But he's got a decent year at Sassuolo in top flight under his belt, and started this one well. We were rumoured to be in search of one more striker. Why not bring him in? Get rid of Gio who has proven something in that he definitely doesn't belong at Juve. I just don't see why we sold Zaza, Immobile, Vucinic, Quags, and hardly reinvested those funds in terms of the forward department. We bought Morata, and with a buyback clause. If we were going to sell those 4 forwards as we did, you'd think we'd bring in perhaps two more or at least have paid another 5-10 mil for Morata so as to avoid the buyback clause...

Don't know if was mentioned, but we already got 7.5M+2.5M for Zaza,so it's actually 5M deal in the summer or 8M in 2 years.Could be great,if he will be really good enough to come here.

Meh, I don't think he's anything special. Before yesterday's game (which I didn't see), he hasn't really shown anything outstanding. Just another case of false hope over a youth player I bet :p

Zaza is a very good finisher! Reminds me of Trez a bit in his playing style! BUT its also a downside as Trez apart from his scoring abilities was a ghost on the field... Zaza is the same (to avoid the smartasses that will now say Zaza as good as Trez lol and etc... Zaza is not as good as Trez was but is similar in his playing style IMO)
15M for Zaza well lets see next summer if anything more than shoot to score comes out of him... if not than we can get other players who can finish just as well and could also be part of some build up plays

To me, we can do better than Zaza as far as starting strikers go. As a bench option I like him. He's hungry and very direct. He likes to shoot alot. He's a bit like Quagliarella where he is unpredictable with his shot efforts. He can spark a team when you need it.

I think he lacks the technical ability and athleticism to be a truly top class striker though.

:agree:

He's hungry and direct and he's not short on confidence which is certainly a good thing with a bench striker who doesn't get huge minutes or continuity. I think he would likely make an excellent bench striker here.

I remember when he played against Juventus in the last games of the season and scored. He's very agile for his height (1,87) and a good dribbler. When I named him for bench option, after we sold Immobile and before signing Morata, everyone laughed and complained.
