It's pretty easy to develop good defenders imo, most of the best defenders like Nesta and Canna don't have that good stats in the first place compared to the attacking players.
very true, my young defenders are all accomplished passes, long and short, with having decent technique and dribbling, by far eclipsing the known players.
I always had my good results playing with formation "A", but I want to make use of Nedved and Rocisky together. I feel that I need to DM especially during my first weeks in D1.
I am now in week 3. The first two weeks went like this:
Lazio Vs Juventus 1-2 (Del Piero, camoranesi) playing formation A
Juventus Vs Nantes 1-1 (Del Piero) Playing formation B
I changed the formation because after I scored two goals against lazio, they managed to put so much pressure on my midfield and I was lucky they didn't make use of their ball position.
During the second match I made alot of offensive chances, but still there is some thing missing (a 2nd DM) but I think its a good chance for Blasi to develope.

I personally prefer to go with 2 CDM and 2 wingers.
Most of my attacks occur through the wings.
I tried the diamond shape formation and my attacks from the wings do not work so well.
The diamond shape formation is only as good as if u have a great dm who passes and has great covering skill. (Davids, Makalele) IMO
Try a couple more of games different formations until u hit the right one.
It took couple of games to get the right formation for this team.
If I could tell you, Essien is a great deal. He is so worth it.
I have finished six weeks of this season and I am currently 3rd place gathering 14 point from 4W 2D 0L. Best win was over Barcelona 4-0. A brance from Del Piero and Zlatan.
Huth is doing well in the CB but I am not so pleased with Chielini. Lets see how he goes.
why bother looking pretty when you can score about 8 goals in 10 minutes on 6 stars sure its boring and defeats the purpose of the game but its entertaining watching 1 guy with shitty skills kill like chelsea
A great team. Just bought Cesc and Barreto to replace the aging Torrado and Koumas, who in turn were the replacements of Bolano and Marchionni. Podolski is fairly new too, and he replaced another signing, Mauro Rosales, who took the spot of Morfeo.
Kaebi was first signed as a winger, but I put him down on RB. Cheap, young and has great skills.
I've been trying to remember a songs name or who sings it.
For those who are playing W11 road to germany. When you go the master league then go to the match. Just before the match there are options where you can fix your formation. What is the name of the song in the background?
It's working really fine. I plan to get: Chivu, Samuel and Heitinga.
Then I will get Cassano, Zlatan and Gilardino
For the midfield imma get Van Der Vaart, Gerrard and Essien.
I started a new Master League season with Parma. I made the four different leagues to be pretty much equal, with Valencia, Manure, Milan, Werder Bremen, and Monaco in my League C.
So far I drew 1-1 with manure at Old Trafford and 1-1 with Milan at the Ennio Tardini. I also beat Wolfsburg 3-0 at home.
Here's my team thus far:
Frey
Bonera - Ferrari - Boumsong - Brechet
Rochemback - Emre - Dhorasoo
Morfeo
Gilardino - Mutu
Bench: Zivkovic, Moretti, Barone, Marchionni, Bolano, Maccarone.
I brought Mutu and Ferrari back to Parma.
